Ishqi not directly revealing the truth to Ahaan makes sense because she has seen his blind faith in Daadi. Ahaan not reveling the truth to Ishqi makes sense because it's a life-altering revelation that could potentially ruin their already fragile marriage. Both have valid concerns and fears but both need to learn of sensible ways to approach the other when trouble comes knocking at their door, rather than hiding the truth or going to extremes (like Ishqi's poison beats poison strategy) to save themselves/their partners.
