Show is feeling like a khicdhi 😆

I mean rummy bhalla become super hero over night.. this show doesn't making sense at the moment...raja shoot aastha nothing was done about it...anokhi never came to know...CV made anokhi looked like a opportunist rather a wise girl who wants to fulfil her dream.

The episode are all over the place...I guess it because they are wrapping up in 2 weeks.

I'm actually too upset with the show is getting axed thats why hard for me to enjoy these episodes.

That Sabharwal family is not a family. It is a dictatorship. Yes, living in a joint family you have to make a lot of adjustments and at the same time they should also adjust when a new member is added to their family who has a different background, different upbringing, different expectations from life. Gayatri has adjusted in that family her entire life. Kya mila? She is still treated as dirt. Aastha gave up her job, her ambitions and tried to adjust in that family for five years. But when it was their turn to accomodate her choices, they refused. They would rather have Shaan and Shaurya suffer than bend a little.

Anokhi's problem is that she thinks she can do it all. She feels she can manage home and work easily. After marriage, she became a superwoman bahu who cooks and studies simultaneously. The girl has not experienced failure. She has always got what she wanted. Of course, she has to be given credit for that but most of the times she needed help. Even people around her have praised her to high skies saying she is the best, especially Aastha. She entered into that marriage thinking she could easily manage the Sabharwals. Anokhi is human and has flaws. She shouldn't be shown as a superhuman. Any woman would falter while trying to manage such vicious in-laws.

Shaurya married Anokhi without thinking. He still doesn't realise how manipulative his BM-BP are.

Anokhi should walk out of that hellhole while there is still time. They don't have a child yet. So it wouldn't be difficult. A mini separation would have been nice but there is no time. So both Shaurya and Anokhi should leave the Sabharwals by the time the show ends. Living in a joint family is nice but as long as it doesn't threaten your mental well being.

I like how Shaurya said he'll support her in her dreams yet in reality, he's not ready for Anokhi to pursue her dreams. Here, Shaurya seems like a hypocrite to me. I don't like the power dynamic when Shaurya's mad at Anokhi. It just feels wrong for their relationship. It's more fun to watch Shaurya behaving like a headless chicken.

They wrapped up Ramesh Bhalla becoming a "superhero dad" thing super fast. I hated it!

They should've slowed down Astha-Shaurya's reunion and Ramesh-Anokhi's reunion. It was way too fast even for a pacey show like SAAKK.

Shaurya-Astha and Ramesh-Anokhi reunion had to be done because the show is wrapping up..same with the marriage too..they were in rush

Not a negative review but a FACT! Shaurya Sabherwal is just like how he had started - a misogynist 😆 and today's episode is quite a proof of that, and we knew somewhere in our heart that this is going to come. If you guys had thought that a misogynist has been whitewashed in this progressive story, well you have to go and watch the episode.

Shaurya's mind since the age of 5, has been crushed and moulded in such a way that now it's already too late to get things right. 25 years of conditioning.... a great 25 years! 💔 It will take a long long time. Even making a small change in your personality trait might take several years, so how did you expect that a person who has been a hardcore misogynist since the last 25 years will change in just 15 days because he found somebody like Anokhi Bhalla? 😆Do I need to paste the dialogues and write a whole essay on this?

And honestly, I'm still not able to digest Rami Bhalla's sudden transformation as the 'superhero dad' who was the main villain of the story, let alone TejVi's redemption 🤪 I don't know how they'll be covering up the story in just 2 weeks! 🤔

First and foremost i have to mention that the bedroom scene today where shaurya and anokhi were upset with each other and were having a little kheecham kheench with the blanket and then a/c was not only cute but so realistic! Then them not being able to sleep and waiting for the other to make the first move then making up... It all reminded me of how me and my husband act when we are annoyed with each other (I know shared something personal but it was so relatable 😆)

I don't know if Shaurya is still the same type of misogynist as he used to be. I think he's still insecure because of his past, but he has changed a little where he's able to accept his wife working. He does feel insecure about it as he doesn't know if anokhi will be able to focus on their relationship and the house if she also works.

You're absolutely right, a person can not change their beliefs of 25 years in just a matter of weeks. That is just not realistically possible. It takes time for them to change. It can start gradually but complete change of views is rare and takes a long time to take affect. As is Raman Bhalla's transformation didn't seem believable as it happened within 2 episodes 🤣. Ok yes, maybe he could have suddenly realized, how can he let his daughter live with a guy who is abusive, and decided to side with his daughter in that, but the complete 180 degree change was a bit too fast.

What irked me in today's episode was BM. First she creepily spied on Shaurya and Anokhi... i mean come on they are newly married what if they were getting romantic... AWKWARD 🤣
BUT what was so irritating was her brainwashing days coming back... how she was filling Shaurya's mind with all the "i dont want your married life to be affect... don't want your married life to turn out like Aastha and Shaan... anokhi has qualities of Aastha." acting like she so concerned for Shaurya... but i guess we all knew and were expecting BM to do this. she obviously wouldn't change her ways and is also trying to gain back her control on shaurya.

Now from the Precap, that looks interesting... Shaurya seemed happy when he told Anokhi she was selected. But then when she runs late for a meeting he got so mad... Back to the yelling at Anokhi days of Shaurya Sabharwal!

Tru but need to accept n let them finish atleast we can relax its finished n no stress over gog off air 🤣🤣

I did say I'm disconnected but I love this show. The last I watched with this much of dedication was Bepannaah in 2018. Colors ruined it way badly but there wasn't a disconnect for me anywhere. Ones who has watched BP might get my point.

SAAKK deals with pretty serious issues. The fight between heart & mind, ideologies, how a woman sees herself in the society & how a man wants a woman to be in the society etc. So that's why the rush in this particular track seems on-off for me, but if they've decided to go hot star route, im excited!!!! Then that's something; a proper story about Anokhi's struggles after marriage, proper tracks unfolding & closing at correct time will obviously keep viewers entertained. We need min 3 months for that or if cannot, then at least 2 🤷🏻

I feel bad for the fans who take this as a mere love story though LOL 😆 (Teens yk?)

my dedication and attraction was the subject matter, of course having a hot bod as the male lead did send me back to my dreamy state sometimes, now I am looking forward to how Anokhi tackles this challenge. I am a hard core woman having the right to choose and not taking orders, not a feminist but more of an equal partner, so would like to see if Anokhi has the mettle to be the independent girl she has been claiming all along and worked towards.

Falling in love is not easy as you have a tendency to listen to your heart but then when it comes to the crunch, then the character comes forward.

I would appreciate if they show how Shaurya will understand her slowly. An all out confrontation will be too easy a path...

Nice write up here! Worth reading everyone's thoughts. I agree with you all, somewhere disagree too. The way now the episodes are moving, it has its on good and bad for its own reasons.

I managed to watch this show from the beginning, and now got the entire story, as I started watching last month only. It has started so beautifully. Suddenly so many sub stories became shorter, faster and the story rushed towards the wedding. Though, it was all acted, presented well. I have not understood the girl(shagun) who went to study to the topmost University of the world, why she returned back. And if she returned , why she stayed and continued being insulted by the person for whom she came back. There wasn't need for her to return in this story. The elders and their egoistic, controlling approach towards women of their own household was enough reason to create a tv drama. And shourya and anokhi's poles apart personalities and their idiologies were also enough to create the drama story as well as love story.

Seeing so much discussions about the show going to stay or not. I felt, do we deserve this as an audience. If this was supposed to be finite series, they should have made it clear since beginning. Or whatever issues between creatives and channel or trp etc happened why its our concerns. The audience has suffered in all this, the audience being taken for granted.

All those things made me feel being cheated. In my life, my time and energy is very much precious. I would now think 100 times before watching anything on Indian Television, be it any channel or any subscription.

There are many many Indians residing overseas, and information is available on the fingertips, we are too able to reach to Indian Shows now. But overall nothing is worth watching. And something like this attracts us, for whatever xyz reasons it gets butchered. This show was started so nicely, so many sub stories had possibilites along with shourya and anokhi's main story.

I will watch this show till it ends. I felt the actors and others worked hard for creating it, so appreciating their hard work. However, at the same time, from now onwards, will be wisely invest my time and emotions for sure.

I do not want to upset anyone here. You all are truly beautiful people. You all made such nice posts, enjoyed visiting this forum always. So thank you all for your inputs. Stay beautiful and blessed always.

@bold: I also believe that Shagun is surplus to requirements, as the battle is all about the attitude towards women whether it is in the so called high society or middle class family.

I am not an indian resident, so very rarely watch Hindi serial, but this show and the way Anokhi was introduced during the interview and her struggle made me go back and watch it from the beginning.

Then everything started going haywire and I feel cheated for having subscribed to Star Plus, devoting so much time to the show, to get this at the end. Being faithful to myself, I will see it through, but looks like it will take another decade for me to follow a serial again. This is what happened with Saraswatichandra also, the story was butchered at the end and Sanjay leela Bhansali just left it at some point.

True, its a fact Shaurya's 25 years of conditioning under Badi Maa's and Bade Papa's exclusive tutoring can't be overlooked. It takes time.

My major concern is this. Apart from ShaKhi, what drew me was this complex equation between shaan-noor-Shaurya.

The flip in his behaviour since wedding track started is quite unsettling. He, approaching Aastha on his own was definitely a huge step. But he didn't dig deep into what actually happened with his mom-dad 25 years ago. He just rushed into accepting her, in 1-2 episodes. Tick tick 1.

Not once did he sit with Shaan and talk abt the past. He never confrobted the elders for the crap they fed him abt his mother, for destroying his innocence abt a child's love for his mom.

But i think it can be blamed on the rush to cover as much as thry could, in short lapse of time. The sword was dangling since then.

Rami Bhalla! Now this man's redemption is oh so inconsistent. I don't wanna talk abt him. Essay type ho jayega. 😆

I haven't watched the episode yet. The excitement to wake up early n watch the episode has worn off. I watch it with family at night. Once a day is enough.

Drama is needed, yes. Too sugary lovey dovey will soon make it all boring. But consistency is also needed. N right now, none make sense.

Only characters consistent are the villains. 😆

Alok is still the murky plotter.

Kitty Bebo are still brats.

BM n BP are still the ruling king n queen at Sabherwals.

Only exception is Shagun. She is still undetermined. Kya hai?

Saying all this, i still love this show a lot.

And then, there was hardly much time left to cover up everything in just one month! So we got all the possible reunions done in the best possible and believable way especially Shaurya & Aastha's.... Even Rami Bhalla's redemption scene was great but we couldn't accept it because it was way too soon that it seemed completely alien to the story and his character.

Also we are right when we say that too much sweet romance can be overwhelming and boring and I've got to know today from those buddies who have quit watching that it was this very thing that made them skip the show. I mean we all loved that old, angry, tod phod, insecure, jealous with a tinge of misogyny wala Shaurya and not the one that we are now seeing 😆 this is not our Shaurya whom we loved so much!

And I don't want to talk about TejViLokGun & Betty 🤢 even thinking about them makes me go insane 🤣

I sincerely hope God is kind and we somehow get an extension of the show on OTT platform 🥺

I honestly feel that the standards of SR from ShaKhi was high but what we did we get? Just hair and eye kisses 🌚
