I think Pandyas should start asking money from Mama-Mami or ask for the share in Factory [Mill] ... end of the day its their money only..!

Ok I think I might have some answers to this

1. When they gave Maama 5 lacs for the marriage, the store was going great, they had no fighhs with Janardhan, and they had probably been saving up some amount for the kids marriage(every middle class definitely does. I am sure they had an FD in place)

2. Ok when you take a loan, you need to show if you can be able to repay the amount. Shiva would have mortgaged for solely that amount. I don't think he has pawned off his land, he has just taken the loan with the land as collateral. If it comes down to him not paying, I think they can only claim the amount they given loan for plus interest. The rest will still go to him. I might be wrong here, though

3. Ok if you see the pre-leap episodes, they clearly state that Darshan Pandya takes 25 lacs loan with the clause that PS cannot be seized- every month 90% of the store's income goes as payment to the laon company over a period of 10 years. That is why Dhara starts the wheel shop store, so that they can use that income for themselves, and not give to the loan company

And yes they are generally little giving in nature, but I completely understand their financial crunch. They probably scrimped and saved for 10 years. Marriges always overrun their budget, and they probably had more spending buying clothes and gifts for two new brides.

I am sire their fight with Janardhan would have affected business at their store too. Also woth the Jeera kaand, there will be an effect on foot traffic as people might still be wary of buying from the store with all the recent drama

Finally, Maami has lost all her mills, Maama specifically mentions they are on the verge pf losing the house they live in. All the parties aside, as per the story, Maama-Maami are almost bankrupt and have nothing to give the Pandyas.
