What's the motive : Revenge or growth?

Many fans seem upset over the fact that while Anu suffered a lot before the separation, Vanya are being treated with a lot of empathy for their job loss.

Vanya are already paying for their deeds, both professionally and personally. No jobs. Stuck in a weird marriage with unsupportive, taunting/yelling partners. What more do we want?

For Baa to continue ill-treating her DILs? For the children who were earlier cold towards their mother, to now become cold towards their father? For Vanya to have panic attacks? For Baapuji to not display humanity towards Kavya?

Do we want to see some sick revenge drama? Or do we want to see characters grow & become more empathetic human beings as the story goes forward?

Because if it's the former, then Anu's fans are themselves agree less with Anu's values & more with Kavya's. The irony 🤪

No I have empathy for all

Anu was partly responsible as she never drew the line, never learnt to say no and never said a word when she was disrespected. Mostly atleast she should have taught her children. Atleast basic chores and to respect her too. One must have some self respect and self love

My issue with van has been cheating. If he had fallen in love with Kav and decided to walk out .Kudos but 8 years of double life and all that emo manipulation and abuse . Not done. Perhaps he has evolves the most in this crisis and has matured to value his parents

But he got his karma he lost the job that he loved , the respect of his children in some ways , respect of his parents and now stuck with someone who is not emo supportive.

Kav too got hers in someway she now stuck with a man whose is so diff as a.boyfriend when he becomes a spouse. My issue with her is she blames others for her troubles and wants things without struggle. One person whose graph has gone down . I dislike how ITV tries to portray modern ambitious women as grey

Kinju is my fav character as well balance is the key

Life is not black or white it's grey .. just the shade of grey is diff

sorry to say to anu fans half of her problums are self created ,why she did not teach her kids to respect her and made them like handicap. so everyone should depends on her because she is so mahan and inhuman ,she is a super woman .i know what ever vanya have done it it is very cruel thing to do but why she anu kept her eyes closed while every thing was happening in her house why she could not sense it why and since when her husband was drifting away from her and why she did not try to change herself the way her husband wanted to look her into no wife can ignore the fact that she is the one who can sense it first that her husband is not taking an interest in her which type of women he wants to look her to be ?sorry i had to leave it 3 times in the middle so i must have forgotten where i was .

Why should she change to what her husband wants ..now that's not right .we can't change our core personality ..unless that behaviour is toxic we must not expect someone to change for us

We must never cheat emo or otherwise in relationship ..u are not happy try therapy else seperate

i meant to say by her dressing style and looking after her self what her husband would like to see her fine she came from not a middle class family but was she not provided her clothes and looking after her self stuff in her in-laws was she not allowed to have a shower and get changed before going to bed what her husband wanted to see her fresh and clean looking ,was it not a hint that she smells of masala there were so many hints for her when pakhi and toshu prefered to introduce Kavia as mother but not her . now they are showing her the most intelligent and wise women of the society not only in her house only ?

People like Anu who trust others blindly go through such a trauma after they realise people are not what they think them to be. The show did establish that. Once in the broken state it is is the inner strength that lets one rise. Yes she was willing to take rubbish from all . She has moved on and is ready to stoop to the level of others in treating them badly. That is her identity. Change is what we want to see in attitude and choices not in the way she dresses or the bag she carries. That change is visible.

Cinderella is the central character of the story not her step sisters, fairy God mother or the prince who goes after her. The soap chronicles her journey and essays her character in all its facets.

Anupama is available only with her bashan and good will to all,
