Vir's reaction on seeing them was a mixture of shock and happiness, which is expected. But personally I would have wanted to see a little stronger reaction. He is seeing his kids after 5 years - I would have loved to see him approach them, trying to hug them but they moving away. This was shown to an extent when Veer removes his shoes and moves towards Vir (Vir - Veer!!!), for a moment both father & son expected each other to make the first move...at least that's what I thought!

Purvi's initial reaction to finding out that they are Vir's kids has been portrayed well by Priyal - the shock in her voice & expressions as she thinks why Vir has not told her. Somehow I thought Amar could have been better here. He didn't even try to introduce them to Purvi...he was just content smiling at them! Also, his expressions - kids landing up unannounced after 5 years, wife suddenly coming to know that you have 2 kids of her age - that smile of his seemed a bit out of place to me...shouldn't he be looking a little more awkward, a little more concerned?

PurVir's conversation - I am not at all convinced by the explanation Vir gave Purvi. Zindagi ka woh panna jis par dhool jam chuki hai? Really? Bachche hai yaar, ex-girlfriend nahi!

Neither his actions nor words were in sync with what he said about remembering them every single day! To me, Amar himself seemed unconvinced and hence Vir did not come across convincing!

The last scene was good - the actors playing Veer & Nandini act decently! The precap looks like Nandini is firmly ensconced in Prakashi's camp, while Veer appeared to be more conflicted, his hatred of his father doesn't seem to be as strong as his sister's. He definitely will warm up to Purvi first, just like Manas!

About the track - I am not very impressed as there are just tooooo many gaps & inconsistencies. I understand that the track was introduced suddenly, but there are ways of covering up as well. For example, these 2 could have figured out somewhere in Vir-Sakshi convo at least on the last day...or maybe some FBs during PurVir's scene wherein she had probably come across photos of these 2 and asked Vir but he refused to answer much...kuch toh kar sakte hai. Suddenly 2 adult children dropping from the high heavens with no aaga-peecha is extremely jarring.

Having said that, this track has a LOT of potential if handled well (we keep hoping that things will be handled well!!). I'm still undecided on seeing it regularly...will wait for a week or so before deciding!

NRI streotyping is cringe worthy. I am an NRI too, I do not know anyone in our circles who are like this!! 😕

@bold - Thats exactly how any parent would react upon seeing their kids. At least make an attempt from your side, instead of leaving your hands tied to your back. That whole scene was just bizzare. Like you said, Amar also would not be convinced enacting it. 😔

The Purvir convo, they made him act "bebus". He must have asked the directors - this doesnt make sense, are you sure you want me to just say these lines? 🤣 And voila, Purvi readily agrees, holds his hand and partner with him to set things right. If so, what is the first thing they both need to do - sit the kids down and give them a debrief (with proof) of the happenings & clarify the misunderstandings. right? No, that doesnt happen!

@ Italics - Agree. That has been the hope for every track, episode after episode. 😒

Thanks for obliging to my request and watching it. Since my opinions were quiet the contrast from the general opinion, I just needed to check if something was wrong with my thinking! 😲😊

Thanks for the highlights. Were Juhi & Manas in today's epi at all? I wonder if they are going to ask daadi, chaachi why their mother didnt return with them.

I wish purvi did this while cleaning the servant quarters -

Vir tries to get close to her while acting as if he is going to help her with the cleanup.

Juhi and Manas noticed the way they were treating Purvi. They’ll have a role to play for sure in bringing them together.

Epi is really very good … i am loving this track

I think the Sudha-Veer track is what will make Veer realise how nice Purvi is. He already seems like a nice person seeing todays episode. Hopefully Sudha will make him see the truth. No comment on Nandini, she's gone after Sakshi.

Also Vir called Nandini his blood today. Obviously they can always back track from this later on, if they want to show they're adopted but for now, they're his real kids.

I laughed at PurVir romancing whilst the kids were looking at Sakshi's picture. 😂

One thing as well. I know stupid of me to look for logic but still I gotta say this. Vir named everything in his kids names. Did he ever stop to think, what if him and Purvi have a child? What would he/she get?
