Yeah, but the provision is only to file for divorce. I don't see her wanting to divorce him because he doesn't come near her.

I also feel the cologne might for be a future scene - either she gets a whiff of it to know Raghav was there (like he knew Keerti was behind the door) or she will smell his cologne in the room in his absence and miss him.
