The length of the track was definitely an issue.
Going by the promo of KK entering their lives, I was prepared for dukh/dard but the amount of cringe shown was a huge turn-off. The butchering of Purvi's character especially was another let down. I think a lot of us waited /speculated on her sherni mode but that never really happened.
The constant negativity in the track just made viewers not watch Molkki because there is only so much negativity one can take.
Going by this past track I really hope the writers listened and learned. My only hope is that the cringe will be lessened. This track does have a LOT of potential so I really wish they make the best of it.
@bold - thats my hope too. But today's episode was already a let down for me. Too many holes in the story.
- Vir's reaction with his hands clasped to his back when he first sees the kids is odd. Is that how a parent reacts upon seeing their children, no matter how much they hate him? According to him ( in a convo with Purvi), it seems he remembers the 2 kids everyday, misses them etc (& cries ). His reaction did not show that at all
- Vir-Purvi convo was nothing to go gaga over. She asked the right questions. But his response wasnt convincing enough, IMO. Even if there is a twist later on where kids may not be his own, is that something that remains undisclosed to spouse? I dont think so!
- It seems kids are angry at Vir becuse they hold him responsible for Sakshi's accident/death 5 yrs ago. But Sakshi is alive, so there is no longer a need for them to be angry. Right? No.... they are still angry for no rhyme or reason.
- Sakshi came back from the dead, nobody bothered to inform them? So much happened after Sakshi's return and Vir who according to his own words thinks of V & N daily, but forgot to inform them?
Okay, even if you ignore all this, What is stopping him from informing them about Sakshi now?
I have a feeling that this will be a milder version of Sakshi track suffering for us viewers!😕
