Pallavi is like a daughter to Aai and she does not know Jaya that well--what their thought process is--so as a mother she genuinely is concerned whether her in-laws are happy with the investigation..because Aai does not want Pallavi's involvement in the case to worsen her relationship with her Raos.
She is his wife---maange bhi kyun na and at that time she was desperate for some answers....and she has only asked money from Raghav---Amma giving her money was her own free-will and Pallavi even refused to accept the money--she should get no bashing for that
Since Raos are related to Raghav....they are automatically the better people
