Babakee and Kahiin toh hoga

Has anyone watched the web series Bebakee here?? It is an exact copy of Kahiin toh hoga...

Be it the lead characters or the setting in Shimla, it is like a reboot of the famous TV show. The leads acting left a lot to be desired. Ekta simply changed the religious background of the show to Muslim.

What do you think of Kushal Tondon's performance as Sufiyaan?? He wasn't able to portray such a complex character.

I was missing Rajeev Khandelwal's brand of magic.

The story was left on a high point with Kainat's husband dying and her vowing revenge.

Haven't seen it but if you are in the mood and want to watch a good copy of Kahin Toh Hoga then check out the Pakistani drama Meer Abru.

Yes it's a complete rip off. She just made a few changes like religious background and premarital sex for the leads.

I was missing Aamna and Rajeev the entire time. Safe to say that it's nowhere close to the masterpiece that Kahin toh hoga was.

Btw Ekta has been doing this off late. She did a reboot of Kasauti and even Kasam Se with this webseries Hum of Alt balaji.

Missed the fabulous chemistry of Raj-Aamna the whole time. But I loved the setup and real locations. It looked so much larger than life.

Wish the original Kth had been shot at such budget.

The scale at which Bebakee was shot was amazing. Wish they had updated the story with modern times.

Atleast I hope this time they show female lead repenting her bad deeds.

But then again Kushal did not have the charm to carry off the obnoxious scorned lover.

Forgive me if this offends Kushal fans, but I am a staunch Sujal fan.

Seriously they could have went with proper love triangle. Mu wedding and in 2021 they decided to go with it. And the sudden love realisation and kiss was ick.

Sujal /Rajiv was some other level this show is shit. The song is dope though..

I am a huge Sujal/Rajeev fan. I used to watch kth just for Rajeev and Aamna and I'm still so mad at the makers for giving us so less of them. Like first there was misunderstanding and marriage with Piyush, then when they finally got together, Rajeev quit the show. The other guy who replaced Rajeev could never give me the same feel. Kashish and Sujal for me were Aamna and Rajeev and it ended with Rajeev's exit. It's been about 16-17 years and I'm still so very mad about this.

I only liked one series from ALT Balaji and that’s Haq Se( Hindi Adaption of Little Woman). Other than that, most of the shows are crap.

I watched a “school” drama…..which only focused on “students” having sex, booze and drugs. what kind of a school is that? Even western movies/series don’t have this kind of vulgarity..it only promotes the idea that new generation don't have any respect for anyone.. and they only care about getting laid. And saying fck will make you cool and trendy…. PATHETIC!!
