At least the wedding one the emotions the trauma of Raavi and trauma in addition disbelief and worry of onlookers was shown well. It was a rejection at the altar in front of the world. And the double suicide the less said the better . I did not like it at all . After getting the bangles they could have shown gautam and dhara berating Shiva and Raavi or Shiva berating Raavi( given how affected he was during the wedding) . There was no aftermath of that suicide and even at the time of the stunt, the worry the desperation was not felt. Like Raavi was brought down from the ledge by Shiva, thank goodness they showed Anita handling her but I don't know it felt less incomplete maybe
Second that. The double suicide was stupid, hideous and absolutely left a bad taste in my mouth. The way they treat suicides is appalling.

So, I feel that Shiva has grown up in this relationship faster than Ravi. He has always been the sensible, emotional and vulnerable one! Watching the marriage sequence, too, I realised that his demeanour was not that of anger or irritation.
He felt many emotions for Ravi, which may not be defined as concern or care, but there were thousands of emotions surfacing in his mind. This girl just was on the verge of dying.
And, now or the whole world has changed. I think Shiva is more aware of Ravi and what this relationship means to them more than Ravi herself. He may have started liking her now, but deep down, he values the relationship much more than her.

@bold - I feel that he showed this on the day of the kidnapping itself when Suman brings up the topic of divorce. He said, “ rehne de Maa, agar isse jana hai toh, jana sakthi hai, mein rokungaa nahi” but he never said that I want to leave this marriage. He really took it seriously on the wedding day itself but his feelings about the marriage and the relationship came out the next day itself. He has invested in this relationship right from Day 1 but it is gradual with Raavi
Shiva knows exactly how to compartmentalize. He did it before and he does it again and again. Thats the reason u do not see him getting affected by Raavi when he is involve din Kaands. Because he compartmentalize her and concentrate on something else. He is a deep thinker and a responsible man. Unlike Dev who is kind of non confrontational and unsure and Krish who is still a kid, Shiva dons the garment of Surety with utmost confidence.
In the wedding fiasco, when he accepted her, he didn’t just do it for namesake, he accepted her truly. Since then she has been his responsibility. He is rude and he shouldn’t be but he didn’t understand how else to behave. He has been supporting her since their wedding, in every way he can. And since the Kangan kaand is done with, he has this space where there used to dislike before which is filling with like for Raavi. He understands his feelings. He understands that she is family and that she isn’t like the woman who brought her up. He is accepting this relationship much more happily now. She on the other hand seems unsure and rightly so. I wouldn’t expect her to just think of him in that way so soon. 🤷🏻♀️
He is a clean slate and along with his depth and clear headed compartmentalization he is more affected. She has to scratch Dev’s name and keep aside her regular airheadedness to see him clearly. It will take time.
