How do you fail at something which isn't one of your goals? He didn't want to go to Canada at first place, why are you expecting him to fulfill someone else's dream. Now what was Fateh's moto to get married to Tejo big sis of the gal whom once he said he loves even though he knew very well that Jas is in love with Canada. Now he accepted the challenge to fulfill Jas's dream. No one told him to take that but he did it. So yes when failed it is his fault. He didn't got the ticket............he should forget her. No still he wanted to try like a loser. Off course he is a loser. V great loser.

*First of all he should not fall in love with a gal like Jas who doesn't love him.

*Second he should not try for Canada as that is not his dream. Listen to his family and marry according to their choice.

*If he accepted the challenge. Fine. Fulfill it. If he fails..........try again. Don't marry. Love karte hain naaa.............this is his tofa for the gal? Empty hand? Kaun si chaand tara manga? Bhikari lover kahijn ka.

*The last............marry Jas's elder sis..............chi chi chi ...........such a shame. If he was married to Jas Tejo would be his elder sis in law. according to Indian culture he had to touch her feet. Cheeeeeeee🤢

Most people have a problem with a couple of characters on the show, you seem to dislike all of them😆

Coming to Fateh, I agree that he is an idiot, but this is too harsh.

Falling in love with Jasmine was stupid but he can't really help it. Leaving everything for her Canada dream is even worse but at least it's not malicious. He doesn't need to listen to his family and get married according to their choice if he doesn't want to.

Yes, he did fail in doing what he wanted to but doesn't everyone? Of course he would try again but the circumstances took a weird turn.

Marrying Tejo might seem weird and he did take the decision in anger but it was what was best for his family at that point of time. His family's respect and his dad's career would get affected if he didn't do anything. Coming to why he did this to Tejo? He must have thought that it is in Tejo's hands to choose what is best for her. He said yes from his end only.

Fateh was also a victim of circumstances. Were they created by his choices? Yes, but at the same time were they only his choices? No, I don't think so.

I think Fateh already is on the way to realizing point no 2.

point no 1 - if such OTT things happen, I swear I'll quit watching this show. I find it relatable and quite realistic, that's why watching.

Point no 3 - Best will be if it happens while Jasmin the creep is very much around and has zero power on Fateh and Tejo. It will make for a rock solid relationship which happens out of sheer conviction and not because of circumstances in favour for it to happen. Will be more convincing for people like me.

As for your last statement, I would say, see that's what makes this show relatable, isn't it? It's because there are plenty of people like this around us who fall in love with people who are completely useless and unworthy according to us but yes Fateh was blinded in what he believed to be love, ibadat and all. He is very young, from a small pind and is simple to believe in such things!

As for the Canada aspirations, this too is sadly a reality in most villages in Punjab! In fact there are entire villages that have left for Canada such as Nawanshehar and all and this is the only dream that the youth has! And yes many do it by taking the marriage route!
