Currently watching the episode. Yes, those two are Vir's kids. He said in the episode, the property is for his kids. Then you can clearly see the four names on the property papers in the flashbacks. After the flashback is over, Vir again mentions that he's placed everything in his kids names. I was kind of still hoping that they wouldn't be his kids. Now hoping they're his step/adopted kids.

I understand why Purvi will feel betrayed.

Speaking of which, Vir has been blessed with twice the amount that normal people get.... 2 moms (birth & step), 2 wives, 4 kids! Wonder what else he has in store ....😊
