'eb' means flaw-- Daadi meant that what wives might consider their husbands' flaws, are actually their hobbies (I can't think of a better translation for 'Shaukh' at the moment). She meant it like it was okay and could even be considered a quality when husbands get drunk, create a scene etc. because they are men.
