That is a space in her heart that's uniquely his, but Raghav and Sharda can still have a wonderful bond. Just because the relationship is one of saas/damaad, and not labelled as maa/beta, doesn't have to make it any less valuable or special.

Jaya has a daughter, Pallavi has a mom- so the Jaya/Pallavi dynamic doesn't have to compete with Jaya/Kirti or with Pallavi/Sharda. It's uniquely theirs, and it's wonderful the way it is. Same applies to Raghav/Sharda. They have a lot of potential, which would be interesting to explore.

Exactly Ashi, this is what I also was thinking. When I said to fill up that vacant space, I didn’t mean for her to forget Mandar. No mother can do that but she can always a special bond with Raghav where she can still fulfill her small desires and share happiness with him. I know someone personally who went through this scenario and seeing Aayi always reminds me of her. I feel happy seeing her now enjoying the life sharing the small talks with her SIL which she maybe have done with her son. The fact is Raghav isn’t replacing Mandar in her life but being that person around who she can still share her thoughts and happiness with. Vaishali, I agree Pallavi is there but remember the clock scene. I felt Aayi was glad that Raghav was there to fix the batttery for her. That doesn’t mean Pallavi is there for her but for me it’s added happiness that Raghav is also there now.

So are you agreeing with me?😆

Yes I get what you'r saying...personally I think every relationship has its own place in one's life and rarely you see one replacing the other.. I think in ITV dramas saas bahu dynamics is much better explored than saas damaad.. even in real life mother in law and son in law relationship is very restricted to emotions like-mutual respect..atleast that's how I feel.. there's not much scope of spice and drama, good or bad in that relationship like a saas bahu relationship is known to have... You'd rarely see a scene like we saw in Pallavi and Amma's case, drinking and jamming, with say Ayi and Raghav or Amma and Keerthi's husband (whoever that ends up being, hopefully not khajoor)... But because its so less explored, I would love to see some scenes dedicated to exploring that bond.. and because both are such good actors, I think their scenes will come out really well....

ZGH is ❤️...I have mixed feelings on Zaroon (though I understand his context, the patriarchy gets a bit much for me sometimes), but Kashaf has my heart and soul.

Oh I hope you'r feeling better now.. Was this your first dose or second? either way Im glad you got it.. and its always good to spend time with family... shows are not going anywhere..haha

Kashaf... omg.. if layers and complexity in a character had a face, it would be Kashaf's..

I am agreeing with you!

Haha, sometimes I wonder, does it come across like I flip flop on Sharda too much? In my heart and head, there's no flip flop, but I'm not sure I express it very well, so it comes across as me 'switching sides' a lot. I do acknowledge her affection and love are legitimate, and she truly considers Pallavi a daughter, but I still feel like she burdened Pallavi too much in the past, albeit unintentionally and she needs to learn to function without her. Her behaviour after the wedding, I still want closure on, which is why I'm rooting for a heart to heart between them.

I do want more Sharda/Raghav scenes, they have a lot of potential, for all the reasons you've mentioned!

First dose. Due to some issues, had to delay getting vaccinated for a while, but finally got it done. I took the day after the vaccination off, anticipating side effects, but I was completely fine. And then the next two days, I was in hell 😆 But all good now!!

Kashaf is one of the best written FLs I've ever seen!
