Yup! Isliye this guy is gonna be dangerous because he has integrated himself into the house and this is a place where Ani has no control.
I can imagine Bondita taking control of the house eventually, if and when, Thakuma falls ill or something. Maybe Bondita will step up to take charge to ensure that things don't go into Churchur's hands.

And he is just not psycho but very cunning too. He knows people around him quite well and also knows what would hurt/trigger them. And plays smartly. he is in good books of almost everyone in the family. Even yesterday while Bondita was trying to call Ani he didn't stop her. But he knew Ani wouldn't respond as the enmity has become so bitter now. If he was the one who poisoned RCs and planned the blast, I must say he is the most dangerous villian of BB till now
