Raavi misunderstands him.

And, he shuts down and refuses to give explanation or Safai!

This is one of their best scenes together and one of my favourites.

Shiva has such a good moral compass... Even though he "hates" her, he still reacted quickly to make sure she didn't get hurt and he took his anger out on mami that she left the pot, bit yes he doesn't directly clear the misunderstanding she has and to be honest I don't think she heard him tell mami that. (will definitely have to rewatch this scene)
