exactly there are many other songs alsoyes ashish or danish cud have sung that lagaan song spcly danish instead of repeating song. bhage re mann is a female song i think sayli or arunita cud have sung it. even sayli repeated 2nd song i think, she herself has sung that before

Sayli-Excellent performance today by Sayli. Both her performances were good today. Tip Tip Barsa Pani was pure gold and Aditya joining in to sing was amazing to witness. Just loved Sayli today.
Pawandeep-Pawandeep gave his best performance since coming back from COVID. This Pawandeep can win the title imo. I hope he continues to give performances like this. I finally felt a deep connection to his performance after so long.
Ashish-Good attempt by Ashish on a classic iconic Adnam Sami song. He wasn't bad but he wasn't amazing either. Antara he tripped a little but but mukda was good.
Arunita-Loved the first song. 2nd song was ok I guess. Overall a solid Arunita performance but I feel she deserved a better 2nd song.
Danish-Easily the worst performance of the day. Danish singing Megha Megha Re is worst performance of the season by far. Nachiket sang this song earlier this season and absolutely slayed it. Very disappointed with his singing today.
Nihal-Nihal was phenomenal today. I don't know why the judges didn't give him enough attention. Ishq Mubarak is another one of my all time favorites and Nihal sang so well. He has this feel in his voice that makes his singing addictive. I hope he stays honestly.
SMP-I can't believe I am saying this but SMP was the best performance of the day by far. This is what I feel SMP needs to do more with her singing. Incorporate a mix of classical, yodeling, and straight singing. Doing too much yodeling just drags the song. With Cham Cham, she balanced all 3 very well. Easily her best performance of the season and the best of the night.

Agree totally. MBD for Danish, but not for Nihal! Is this an indication for the next elimination? Between the 2,, Danish should be the one to go. Nihal should figure in top 5. This is the same guy most of us wanted to be eliminated long time back! Imagine. His voice has a lot of feel - it connects well with you.

1st was close to classical and 2nd was playful song (the kind of songs Sayli sings usually)
And she did great in both.

I heard it first time in Season 10 when Kunal sang it in the mega audition. I prefer his version over the original.
