Sayli, Arunita and Pawandeep were good as usual.

Ashish sang well.

Somehow I felt the songs did not suit Danish voice and singing.

SMP was in her comfort zone.

Nihal sang really well but was ignored even now. He fully deserved the MBD. Why do they keep doing this? They did not give it to him last week too but gave MBD to almost everyone else.

Last week Nihal was not given MBD on Saturday but he got on Sunday .Today he is not given MBD , hope he gets tomorrow . Anyways MBD is given to all contestants at times .....some episodes no one gets. At times the deserving ones don't so MBD has no value .His renditions of both songs were extremely good. Looks like they are planning to eliminate him next . He deserves to be in top 5 and its unfair if he is eliminated as he sings extremely well these days .

Sat episode:-

A good episode.

Arunitaaaa - my god! O sajna is going to be on my playlist. Both songs were amazing - her voice is the balm to the soul. I just wanted her to go on & on….. wish she had sung the first antara too of o sajna.

Pawan - wonderful rendition, esp the pahadi song. Wish he had sung it fully. Or at least rimjhim gire should’ve been sung fully. Too good & too little. 😞 His voice is back in form!

Ashish - the song suited his style. After a long time, the old Ashish is back!

Nihal - this guy can hook you with his voice. He is just growing from strength to strength every week. But no MBD! Are they planning to show him the door?

Danish - I felt his voice was becoming hoarse in the higher notes. Maybe he has a throat prob. A decent effort, without long-drawn aalaps

Sayli - she was good, as usual.
SMP - Good.
Asides….

Adi was on a roll today. But his comments on

‘ Khoobsurat ladki feeding bhajiyas to PD’ reeked of patriarchy. I understand the teasing of aru with

‘Khoobsurat’. But why should the girl be feeding the boy? Why not the other way round? He could’ve said “ I hope PD gets to feed bhajiyas soon to someone special”. It would’ve gone with the script of PD’s love confession too … lol… kaash ye log mujhse puchte 😂

Girish Sir’s band rocks. A special mention for the sitarist & flutist. 👏👏. They are too good. The sitarist esp, with his cute smile 😊. They both should do some instrumental covers.

Overall a very enjoyable episode! 👍

PS :- my mute button this time went for, not SMP, but for phirangi/ kamble drama. This is getting to be damn irritating now 😳😠
