Itne lambe chaude recitation ke baad pata tha any moment 'but' aane waala hai. Didn't disappoint. Not gonna lie, almost had me in the first half.

Movie reviews are almost always filled with digs at actors, especially if the film, or the acting is bad.

Imagine all the countless digs non-actors like Salman, Kat etc get all the time on every film of theirs. Both are bigger stars than Tapsee, but I never see them making a drama out of it.

I didn't expect such a lamea** retort from an "intellectual" like Tapsee..

If she were as intellectual as she projects, she should have understood that the criticism was about her "one-note" acting in every movie and not about her clothes.

Pseudo-intellectual for a reason. The critics stand vindicated for the fact that she has taken "affront" to an otherwise innocuous statement..

If that was all there in the tweet, then yes, there wasn't any personal dig.

She is indeed coming across as a one-note actor.🤓 That's the harsh truth and a very constructive criticism on her acting skills, which she should take positively.👍🏼

The problems is she thinks very highly of herself as an actor. She should learn something from other actresses like Vidya, Priyanka or even Alia.

Alia is younger than her but she takes her craft seriously. Priyanka is as versatile as one gets. And Vidya? Well, she was capable of delivering No One Killed Jessica and The Dirty Picture (two roles POLES APART) IN THE SAME YEAR during her prime.👏

Meanwhile Taapse still seems to be stuck in her role from Pink, which was in 5 years ago.🤔🥱

She is already signing great films, and slowly gaining support from both masses and classes.

But she needs to bring more emotions in her performances, and needs to stop indulging in these petty twitter wars, and focus more on her craft.

It will ruin her credibility and in today's day and age, public perception is everything for actors.
