Shagun's reason for returning

So I was rewatching old episodes; of one of the episodes after the family finds out Utawala Sabharwal's utawalapan (marrying anokhi) 🤣
I realized Shagun was talking to herself and said "UK wapis jaa nahi sakti. Kyunki jis vahjase wapis aayi hu voh vahjah khatam nahi hui hai abhi. usse peecha chuta nahi hai mera."

This part had slipped my mind... They haven't showed the reason that she came back to india. and who is after her....
Do you think they will bring this back into the story and show the reason why Shagun came back???

I'm still striving to give Yash some sort of importance in the storyline. 😆

Kanchan bechari bathroom me video bana ke yash ko attract karne ki koshish kar rahi hai tab bhi kuch nahi hua.... Darawna makeup dekh ke yash kuch karne se pehle hi behosh ho jayega 🤣
