Breaking fast can't be equivalent to terminate education!!

Breaking fast = Stop education!! Wow, PAB creatives are just so creative in writing cringey dialogues and giving them to its characters. The way Gautama Bai commands Ahilya sounds very terrible to me from the very first day. Like, make your aim to convince your husband or do the fast for your husband and control your hunger sitting in front of delicious foods, finally she ends with comparing these stuffs with her sincere dedication to study. Remember all they are showing these things for a nine year old little kid which is almost getting impossible for me to digest!!

Also what kind of education track had CVs shown here!! They have almost forgotten that they are showing a historical show. Besides that, they are least bothered to show any fighting or war sequences or any political stuffs which makes me wonder whats the future of this show holds for us.

I have some hopes which include it not being like Jodha Akbar and actually continue with the story (with dome drama) like Jhansi ki Rani. I think that show did a better job of staying true to the story to some extent. 👍🏼

I haven't watched Jhansi ki Rani (missed that show) but I have watched a lot of historicals from Prithwiraj Chauhan PRC (my first historical show and it was my most favourite which I watched during my school days) to Peshwa Bajirao. Those days (PRC and Imagine's CGM) historicals were made so brilliantly and then CVs actually took care of audiences so that they don't lose interest in the show and both the shows were thus very popular. After that, I had watched many historicals like Chakravartin Ashok Samrat (CAS in Colors), Maharana Pratap (in Sony), Peshwa Bajirao- all of them were very good in the initial days but gradually they lost tracks of the actual history and the storyline became just boring. That's why I have fear with PAB too, its too giving me vibes like that.

Yes, Prithviraj Chauhan and Chandragupta Maurya were really good.

Chakravartin Ashoka Samrat and Maharana Pratap were very much full of OTT drama, kinda unnecessary.

I'm not sure where this one will be going but hopefully it goes the right way. ❤️ the actors are great, their potential should be used to the fullest.

One thing that I loved about PRC is it didn't mix the love story along with the political affairs. The cvs kept the love story and the political affairs separate. Jodha Akbar, maharana pratap, etc they mixed and merged the love story along with the state affairs in such a manner that the story became a complete mess.

And Chandragupta Maurya (imagine) is probably the best historical.

You know, during PRC days me & my elder sister used to wait for the episodes so eagerly, and if somehow we couldn't watch the episode, I almost cried for that but nowadays no shows have such flavour, maybe that goes to so much social media exposure. Everything is just so available in our hands that we are losing interest in them easily. Those were the days ❤️

Also I think Sagar used to make historicals much more better than any other productions like Contolie or Swastik etc. I don't think I could ever love any historical more than PRC and CGM, those were just too good and remember, that was of Sagar's. Did you watch Sagar's historical fiction "Dharam Veer" in Imagine starring Vikrant Massey & Rajat Tokas, it was too so well made. I had watched Rajat Tokas's Jodha Akbar in the initial days, the episodes were too full of household politics that I lost my interest very early, but the movie (Hrithik Roshan's) was just so good. Also there was a terrible historical on Razia Sultan which was just pathetic.

Yup, my condition was also like that. If I missed one episode coz of loadshedding or something else, I would literally irritate my mom completely.

Some good old days they were❤️ I remember I was in class 3/4. But PRC literally started my passion for anything historical.
