She might be the wife or widow of the driver who got injured why driving the car that night. We know how Raghav does a lot for the families of his men.

Yeah like someone was taking a shot at Raghav kyunki bullet hole hai car mein and Mandar got caught in that crossfire but still that doesn’t explain why that Janki girl is involved and as the actor playing Mandar said it’s a grey character so I don’t think it’s going to be as simple as a crossfire it’s something more than that as indicated by Raghav being suspicious of why Mandar was there that night.

Mandaar was there for other reasons, not related to Raghav. I guess Raghav was doing some deal (gangster stuff) and the deal went bad or one of his enemies tried to shoot him, he swerved and the car hit Mandaar. The fact that Mandaar was there would raise questions as to what exactly he was doing all alone at night on a deserted road, and maybe this is how we'll discover he went to do some shady business of his own.

I had that theory before but looking at the state of the car and the windscreen, it's pretty clear that someone fired a bullet at Raghav and/or his men. The car seemed muddy too, so maybe it was a dirt road and not a proper highway or something, with zero or poor lighting.
