This particular person I know already has a child. She has come at a point.. she isn't looking for physical intimacy because hubby doesn't support (imagine, its an arranged marriage - love hoti toh saas divorce hi kara deti).

This isn't the only case I have heard of, things like this are very common,.. and that too among highly educated, I have a relative, kehne ko toh her hubby , IIT aur IIM se padhe hain.. but slapping wife at home, not letting her work .. they call themselves civilised. 🤪

I wonder why she is still putting up with him. I know the kind of circumstances and all sort of reasons that hold women back from making the right choice but.. It just saddens me everytime I come across cases of domestic abuse.
