Shiva's gift reveal was so cute and funny Pehle toh bichari ki expectations badahi by saying she'll like it...bichari even fell for it and got excited 😆Even better was the childhood tidbit ke yeh pehle bhi kiya hai..phir bhir she fell for it 😆 I adored the mischievous smile on his face as he played his prank. Raavi ka dar ke apne bhootnath se chipakna aur then realising that she got played was adorbs 😆
Uske baad ka chase sequence was so childlike and familiar aisa laga childhood bffs were chasing each other. With them using Dhara as the shield and the family looking fondly, it had pre-wedding vibes for me. Sahi kaha Shiva ne, uski chipkali ka mood ek dum theek ho jaaega 😆
Coming to the bedroom scene, how happy was Raavi even doing chores lol. Her happiness rubs off on Shiva..but he can't let her know. So when she puts him on the spot, he starts stuttering and then becomes speechless when she pushes him against the wall. Though I still think her forgiveness is based on flawed assumptions, and there should have been some reference to her suicide stunt too, par koi nahi. They've clearly moved on, and I will too in the next few days.
Before the awkward bed scene, there was another small Shiva moment where he walks to her to whisper something in her ear. I think he said nahin chodta but it was too soft for me to catch it...intense tha itna samaj aaya 😆
Phir tha fall, and as always, Raavi uska shirt pakad ke hi girti hai. I hope bichara Shiva didn't get scratched with her nails again 😆 but he still tried to own up to his mistakes...genuine repentance tha...toh sorry word nahi bola, thik hai. I'll again forget it until the next kaand.
The most interesting bit in that scene was the conversation. I do think he was a bit hurt with her laughter after the pyaar karega dialogue. Her saying it as if it's impossible shuts him down faster than any other taunt. But Raavi has no clue about it Instead, taking inspiration from Dev's mujhse dosti karoge, naive Raavi is trying so hard to be friends with Shiva. 😆But now Shiva shuts her down by reminding her and himself ke enemies can't ever be friends. But jab sache enemies the hi nahi, toh pyaar and everything is totally possible. Iss baat mein dono tubelight hai 😆
I get that she wants to start fresh with him but needs to still realize ke yeh Shiva hai, not Dev that she can easily transition to friendship. Shiva realistically points out ke for childhood enemies like them, it's impossible to forget everything and that you can't change the past. Imo, it's actually a losing proposition. Aaj jo bhi hai, it's because of that history. Agar wohi erase kar do, toh where will be they be now?
All in all, a nice episode to wrap up the haveli phase. Itne kaand ke baad, I'm glad khushiyaan aayi hai.
