Sahi pakade hai aap. She should continue to be an independent women. This is something that the show should show and do...na ki ghar ghrihasti mein busy. All this family drama changes the core character in the ITV shows, they shouldn't repeat it here.

I desperately want Mandaar to be a positive character, and I believe this production house can pull it off, because they have done it before. It adds so much more texture to the story, and so much more weight to Pallavi's choice. But then, Kush said Sunny would be confusing but positive, and woh aisa nikla. Mandaar ko shuru se hi grey bata rahe hain, toh he'll be evil only :(

I am as non-confrontational as you are. Sometimes I feel Pallavi fans are also somewhat like her, maybe that's why we connect with her..😆 not meaning to suggest, we are mahaan, self sacrificing angels on earth ..just that we try to avoid unnecessary confrontations unless things get really out of hand.. anyway.. what you are suggesting wrt to Pallavi's character growth, it would be very refreshing to see onscreen but unfortunately our ITV daily soaps don't experiment as much as we would want them to..FL characters are invariably written like that- unnecessarily mahaan which is one reasos they don't resonate well with the audience..As far as selflessness goes, this is as far as I feel we can see her go, moving on with Raghav,allowing herself to feel and fall and in love, giving herself a second chance.. '' What is doable, and what I would love to see her actually do though, is give a slap to Manasi once..and tell her off in a way that makes me sit up and bajao seetiiiii ..If anyone in the show deserves a slap its her..and that is one physical violence I will not mind watching.

P.S- I don't want Sunny to be positive.. I think the actor can pull off a negative role way better than a sweet lover boy..don't mind him sticking around longer.. I like him

lol, I still can’t decide how Mandar should be. If he is positive it’s good but I don’t want Pallu tormented more between emotional conflicts. But if he is negative, it’s too easy a decision as well 😆

I too agree that a flawed character makes it more relatable than a complete angelic one. She should be a little more affirmative at the very least.

For Manasi, i wish she had open her mouth and told the whole story, when she threatened to tell everything. Pata nahi kaunsi La La Land mein ji rahi hai...

Even if Mandar is alive, i wish that she selflessly chooses Raghav because he is her choice not just because its her fate/destiny.

Real logon ki baat hoti toh confront kar bhi leti shaayad..but I just feel, ek TV show ke liye asli logon se ladne ka kya faayda? I find these twitter fan wars to be so funny and pointless.

I know, Pallavi end tak self sacrificing hi rahegi. But thoda sa bhi khud ke liye jee le, toh I'll be happy to see it. I found Sandeep Sickand's interview on the 100th episode so telling. He spoke about Sonakshi in KHKT not striking a chord with the audience for exactly the kind of characteristics we want to see in Pallavi. She was financially independent, career driven, open minded. She had bouts of mahaanta, but that was explicitly called out as a flaw and not a good trait. Whenever she acted mahaan, her mom or the ML would instantly call her out for the nonsense, and her mahaanta was always put in a negative light, not idolised. Unfortunately, audiences rejected that because she wasn't 'bechari' enough. Then they did stupid things to gain sympathy, like make her the victim of a truly horrific sexual assault, and give the ML's mom an overnight personality transplant so they could do saas vs bahu, even though the saas was her biggest fan from episode one Kabhi kabhi toh I wonder why I even watch desi television, when it's inevitably going to suffer due to all this nonsense.
