1.) I think everyone in this forum including die hard Raghav/Sai fans in their heart know that Shivangi is a very good actress.. people may have issues with the character, especially early on in the show when she was a Deshmukh, but as a performer she has been very consistent and that is the main reason she has managed to have so many fans like us in a forum that is very ML driven/biased/inclined. I agree with all your points. I am as much a sai fan as anyone is! In fact he’s the first ever male actor I have said this about. I would never take it away from him, he deserves every bit and even more. Hell this guys makes an entry in my dreams 🤣🤣

Having said that, I have felt time and again that shivangi isn’t appreciated enough. And most of the time it was because of his good looks. I personally feel that more female fans shouldn’t mean that fandom should be ML driven. But okay, maybe that’s how it works. 😆 I am happy to see our girl getting her share of appreciation. ❤️

This is not the mindset of the forum, this is the general mindset of our society at large.. women were, are and will be forever judged..

Yeah, I definitely don't mean to comment on this being a forum specific phenomenon. It's visible here, because that's the world we live in, it's a man's world 🤷🏻‍♀️

I've realized this is part and parcel of being the FL's fan in almost any show. She'll have to prove herself worthy to the fandom at every given turn. Track shuru hone se pehle hi katghare mein khada kar dete hain usually. I usually just block out the noise, and eventually just leave the fandom if it gets too much. Like just today, on Twitter I saw something about how Pallavi should 'finally' fight for Raghav this time, and I actually laughed- she's fought enough! 😆 If anything, she doesn't fight for herself, but she's always fought for Raghav. Aur kya kare, Raghav ki bandook le ke Vijay ko goli maar de?

Again, I do actually think this is one of the most balanced forums I've seen recently, at least on the bashing front, so I hope that stays.

Absolutely. There is no competition between the two characters or actors..so i don't understand comments like ''I see the show for ''A'' character or ''A'' actor.. I will not be able to watch or enjoy a love story if I cannot root for them as a couple..In order to do so I have to connect with both..like them both.. otherwise nothing works for me.. I think Pallavi/Shivangi fans fear of being outnumbered and that is the main reason right now..earlier it was deifinitely the way the character was written.. people didnt like Deshmukhs so her love for them was an excuse to criticize her and I understand that, eventhough Raghav did the same wrt his family.. but now post marriage, when she has fallen in love with Raghav( I think it's safe to assume she has), she has found more acceptance from a wider base of audience.. and fans are feeling comfortable openly supporting her..

Well said Ashu 👏👏. I try hard to avoid this kind of discussion because it is always said from MLs POV. I don't get why people are bashing her for a future track on which we absolutely have no idea.

I too have felt that our forum is comparatively neutral in this matter. I hope it stays the same till end.

For sure! What's the fun in a love story if you can't root for both the characters?

Again though, kind of sad na, that the FL gets fans only after falling in love with the ML? Like, yes, I agree, she's an extremely flawed character, I was also frustrated at her at several points. But Raghav's flaws were no less (objectively, his crimes were worse. If we can write his off by saying, "That's who he is", then we should extend the same courtesy to her). There's no hesitance in appreciating him, we didn't have to wait for him to fall in love with her to declare our affection for him, so it's sad that the rules are different for her. As you said, such is the reality of the world we live in.

Don't mean to be personal, but some fans are just childish..so its best to ignore or like you said block out the noise.. Pallavi fights for everyone, pehle D's and now R, everyone but herself and I get quite miffed at her for that.. If that is exclusive for the D's then I understand, where its coming from..she feels indebted to them..wo ehsaan nahi bhulti, bhale ehsaan karne wala bhul jaye.. but there has to be a limit to everything, even to the feeling of gratitude you feel towards anyone..

Digressing over here, but anyone has any idea about how Mandhar's character is gonna turn out? Mujhe to positive sa lag raha hai. Wouldn't that be interesting? more conflicts😃
