I was offended by the jagah se hatoongi tho imlie jagah bana sakti hai dialogue. Momentarily got mad at such bakwaas but then cooled down.Jo bhi writer tha uska dimaag hil gaya hai.😆 .

Aapne mujh Mumbai wali ki laaj rakh li. Vada alone is just not right, it has to be with pav, like Adi with Imlie😆

Adi is a straight guy, so while the situations have been instrumental in creating the mess, Adi's choices have also contributed equally. Either he should have let go of Imlie completely, else told Malini everything if he wanted a completely clear conscience. But circumstances, his choices and situations all got together to bring them to this point. Adi shayad Malini ke saath reh bhi leta had Imlie not come in his life at all. He realized a lot of the incompatibilities in his relationship with Malini because he had a comparison point. I am not saying he would be happy with Malini, definitely not as they are not suitable together in anyway. But because he had no reference point, they would have carried on with the relationship in a similar way as Malini's parents did. Adini's relationship always had a parallel to Dev & Anu's relationship, so I do not know if Adi would have at any point realized that him and Malini do not work. They had been together for 7 years and thought that their choices matched and could talk for hours, but both of them hardly had any heart to heart conversations about what they truly feel. So I really do feel they would have continued that delusions if Imlie had not come in their lives.

Imlie was able to show Adi the mirror to his own hidden personality traits that he did not even know himself. So it was very difficult for him to remain the person that he was with Malini earlier. That badsoorat relationship became clearer to Adi, because of his feelings towards Imlie. Imlie did not come between them, she just showed Adi a side of him that he was not even aware of and could not ignore anymore, just to keep Malini happy.

Very well written Aps on so many points! No doubt on the characterization of Adi. As an ardent viewer for the past 194 episodes-I think what I am expecting is a bit of sensibility in the way they are writing these episodes now. I come with a slightly opposite opinion on Malini, but I will not dwell on that here. Malini is weak and on top of that has emotionally relied on Adi so much in the past 7 years and she thinks that is what is love...it is difficult for her to move on. She is a bit of a handicap person and maybe with time she does realize that this is not love...but for now she really does not know how to move on..hell she used not an iota of her brain about staying with T's...vaise ofcourse that was all to set this drama up...! Now coming to Adi's dialogues from yesterday, again I usually just dismiss these as smoking writers but high time they look into the way they are writing this now- the story is complex, always has been and they did handle it quite well..they had proper explanations of each characters reactions or response. Yesterday's look liked a satire on the very situation they are all in! It has all come down to us guessing and defending or even dismissing ki it eej ok it is a soap!

BTW, What memories does Adi have of the 8 months of marriage? Freaking those 8 months he was married to Imlie...and trying to grapple his feelings...!! Mutlab itna toh logic laga sakte the na...all they had to do was strike marriage/shaadi and put friendship/dosti in the word document they had created for the script!

oH well today is a new day! 😊
