IDK, I feel a lot of things are acceptable in movies which aren't on TV, because movies are a one time commitment, so they can go for shock value, while TV shows need to retain audiences for long, so they tend to play a lot safer. I wouldn't mind this plot, but I'm doubtful they'll go that dark at a 6.30pm slot on a channel like Star Plus. Who knows, though?

It would certainly be interesting, and not unbelievable, keeping Raghav's profession in mind, but I doubt they'll go that way, because it both puts Raghav in a position of having massively wronged Vijay, and I do believe it won't be accepted by audiences to have a woman married to the man who killed her husband. Plus, I doubt the show could ever go back to it's romcom-y vibes after going that dark.

It's an extremely vague thought in my head, just thought I'll put it out there in case anyone has a view.

yaar i was thinking the same what if he is guilty…

but they have already shown raghav being guilty for 10 years for blame of killing nana and arjun..!! If they show the same guy killed mandar and not even realised when pallu was calling mandar’s name again and again, that will be a major contradiction .

Matlab aisa thodi hai nana aur arjun tumhare apne the to tum guilty feel karo (directly kuch na karke bhi)but tumne accident kara phir bhi maathe par shikand tak nahi??mandar ka naam sunke bhi no reaction in the past??

I thought raghav was panicking because mandar was related to pallavi and not because he killed him?

Personally as a viewer i cannot accept this yaar!

One more thing, how come ved knows the person who died was mandar deshmukh?? And raghav doesn’t even know the name? Ye kuch jam nahi rahašŸ˜”

Raghav will be permanently guilty in the eyes of sharda and pallavi..bakiyoko i don’t even consider!

They keep projecting him as don and gunda, this all comes with it. Raghav, definitely knows Mandaar by face, not name. How? an employee or someone he hired to do his tax bachana chores like Nikhil did. Karma, what else to say. No wonder the "you will go to jail" words of VD were echoing in his mind.

I am not in either if he infact killed Mandaar for whatever reasons be and stay happily married with Pallavi. But we never know, there will be serious trust and misunderstandings and because he genuinely loves and cares for her, he could work patiently this time to win her over again? When audience can accept so many weddings after weddings in shows like Balika Vadhu, why not? I am not a fan of this route, but hey it works.

I'm sure Raghav has seen and participated in a fair amount of bloodshed in his line of work, though. Bandook decoration ke liye toh nahi rakhta hoga na? He had guilt over Ajit and Arjun as they were innocents caught in the crossfire of someone else's mistakes, but if Mandaar wasn't, then I would understand him not being guilty, till he realized that this person who died was Pallavi's husband.

As I said, I really doubt they're going to take this route. Much like you said, a lot of viewers wouldn't accept this. But it's still fun to think about and speculate, which is why I posted.

As for how Ved fits into everything, yeh toh show mein hi pata chalega. But I'm glad they seem to be unraveling the past rather efficiently.
