At this point, it might be highly unlikely to wish/see such a scene, but in an ideal world, I would wish to see a deep, serious ShiVi conversation where Shiva properly apologizes to her, wishes her a happy birthday, and smiles at her when he thinks she is not looking.

Afterwards, when he wakes up the following morning, he notices her doing the Tulsi Pani rasam and knows that she has accepted his apology.
