Due to some misunderstandings, Riddhima cries, and blames Vansh for the portrait of her late mother that accidentally got burned into ashes. Upset, and angry, he leaves for London.
Later, when Riddhima finds out that Vansh isn't at fault, she calls him, but he doesn't answer. Broken, and lonely in the huge Mansion, she caresses his belongings, as Riddhima misses him-
Her eyes moved to his favourite perfume. Picking it up, she gently opened up the cap, twisting it. Riddhima sniffs the fragrance, trying to feel his presence. A tear drop fell from her eye.
Cold winds engulfs the Mansion, due to the stormy weather that was forming outside.
Keeping the bottle on the dressing table, her feet takes her to the closet, where his jackets were kept. Taking it out, she hugged it close, to her chest, as if hugging him. Why is he so stubborn?
Only the tinkling of her anklets could be heard as she went to the piano room, with his jacket, still close to near her heart.
Her fingers gently swept over the delicate keys of the piano.
“Vansh..."
was the only word she could voice out. When will he come back?
The Mansion was filled with the sobs of a soul that was feeling lonely more than anything..
The pitter-patter calls of the rain reached her ears. Hugging his jacket even more closer, Riddhima walked towards open garden. The pallu of her deep red, Georgette saree blew as the wind was getting stronger and stronger. The strong aroma of petrichor filled the mansion..
She sat on the patio, as the cold droplets of rain hit her feet. Why isn't he coming back? He can shout on her, scold her for accusing him of something he hasn't done, but how long will he stay away from her sight like this?
Her eyes moved to feet, looking the delicate anklets that Vansh had gifted her. It was of his mother, the most precious belonging of him.
"Maa, aap hi Vansh ko boliye na wapis aane ko.. Woh aapki baat zaroor sunega.."
She cried, looking at the grey clouds above as if her mother-in-law could hear her.
Thousand miles away, someone was lonely too, missing the person his heart loves the most..
