25-6-21- Episode Analysis

Today’s was a roller coaster ride episode .And today’s pace I liked it very much as there is no cliffhanger till Monday .

Daadi is continuing her drama and Ahaan is walking lifeless . Daadi goes OTT with Ishqi maasi was begging and all . Ahaan takes daadi from there .
Sarla and Mehta’s discussing to ask Ahaan to marry Rhea in the same mandap . OnnSarkasbrequest Rheas dad once again asks Ahaan to give Rhea a chance and agree for the marriage . Sarla goes ranting that even after marrying and having a child she doesn’t love her hubby . That was hilarious . May be ginni is her real love . Ahaan leaves without replying .

Ishqi is waiting for Ahaan to come and save her but suddenly she realise that whoever kidnapped her might have made Ahaan also realise that she left the marriage . And I felt really happy seeing how she was thinking that AVM is misunderstanding king and this time also he might be doing that and won’t come to save her . With all her might she moves chair and finds a knife and tries to untie herself . By the way what type of kidnappers are these . Poor job done . No one is there to guard her and have kept all the instruments near her . What a joke .

Ahaan is having flashbacks how Ishqi left the mandap while marrying Mayank . He is realising that she never left the mandap even then instead faces all insult and humiliation on face . Ahaan receives Karthik call and he passes some info to him .

Ahaan asks everyone to assemble near the mandap and he comes dressed as groom . He asks Rhea whether she will marry him which leavesRhea blushed and chachi shocked . While they walk towards mandap Karthik comes with police and informs that Ishqi didn’t do police complaint but Radhika ji did it . One doubt then why did police say that a girl came with the complaint instead of lady . Ahaan informs everyone that he knew beforehand that Ishqi didn’t file complaint but was not sure who did it and he tells Rhea how she tries to manipulate Ishqi with Singapore job . He confronts Mehta also and tells him that he knew they were behind all this and was confirms when he asked him to marry Rhea . Ahaan asks about Ishqi whereabouts and when he didn’t answer almost had a fight with him .

Ishqi comes running and Ahaan panicked and runs to her and tends to her . Raj comes with glass of water and she tells everyone that she was sitting in her room when she was kidnapped. Daadi is worried to hell as she will get exposed . Ahaan asks Mehta to accept that he did the kidnapping. Rhea asks him to stop and tells him that they were not doing it alone instead daadi was helping her . Radhika ji also tells Ahaan that his daadi never liked Ishqi and planned all these . Rhea tells Ahaan that there was no down in Ishqis kundali and it was all Daadis plans . Ahaan is not ready to believe and Karthik calls Panditji who tells that there is no dosh in Ishqis kundali and the screen freezes there .

In the precap Ahaan is searching Ishqi on their SR and is sitting alone in his bed whereas Ishqi reaches Savinhospital in wedding attire and Savi is telling her story to Ishqi .

Daadisbtruth won’t come out Monday . Instead Rhea will be blamed for that too . Poor Ahaan waiting for Ishqi in the bed was worth watching . Ishqi has time for everyone. When will she give him his much anticipated and awaited kiss ? I am happy that Savi told everything to Ishqi . But I feel Ishqi might not be able to guess that she is talking about Malhotra’s . Ahaan’s character has grown beautifully. He has stopped judging her but is trying to connect the dots and find reasons behind her every move . Great Ahaan . Ishqi also didn’t wait like damsel in distress instead did her part and came to the mandap . Bravo girl . Next week will be light hearted one with more romance and less drama .

Sonu was missing when Karthik came with police and all . She want there at the mandap .

One more thing I feel is Mr Mehta has nothing to do with drama . Everything was done by his wif e and daughter it seems . Bcause he wa standing there clueless but couldn’t understand much from her facial expressions much like his daughter Rhea .

The kidnappers were Ishqaan shippers, majboori mein paiso ke liye kidnap kiya...but made sure nothing happens to her and she rescues herself , else Ahaan ka pata nahi but Karthik won't leave the kidnappers alive

Today's episode was good. I like the pace because it is a wedding day high voltage drama. Genrally pre-wedding functions are cute and slow but the wedding day is a roller coaster. So it was as anticipated.

Ahaan was calm all the while with Dadi and Rhea's parens drama. I liked how he remembered Ishqi leaving Mayank, she left in front of everyone and did no disappear. I still did not understand what was need to agree to marry Rhea. The exposing Mehtas could have been done without that also. Maybe it is just for drama but logic was missing there.

I liked how Ahaan said, he has intuition and realized someone is trying to sabotage his relationship with Ishqi since haldi. Our hero is using the brain😆. The logical thing is to doubt a person who has something to gain from this👏. He used a similar chain of logic to trust Ishqi on Haldi. I really liked how he said he talked to maasi. That was needed.

They really need to tone down on Dadi's expressions. Rhea as good today in confrontation with Ahaan. I wish they had given more dialogues to Mr Mehta. He seems a good actor.

My favorite bit is how he handled Ishqi so lovingly, delicately, carefully when she came back. I watched it multiple times.

Ishki does not know savitri is ahaan and sonu mother. She had not seen her in resort also. She saw her in the car accident. Do if she tells my mother in law did this ishki can't make out who is it. Ishki is just helping her.

Don’t know exactly why I didn’t like today’s episode. Especially, Ishqi’s escape scène. What the fudge!!!!

I still can’t digest the fact that ‘planned marriage’

But. That SR wala precap cracked me up. Hadd hai yaar... Kuchh bhi... Dry-high Ahaan is a treat to watch...

Great episode and so much fun ...this is the gul khan we all want Yosef the one who is great at creating chemistries and hope she keeps that instead of all the villains ..there is 100 things that can be fun and sweet and can pull TRP’S’ s

I was banking on Ahaan’s 6th sense and intuitive nature today, and am so happy it came through. His logical questioning and replaying all moments was well done. For a change I’m glad both male and female leads are having shown each in their strengths and weaknesses - ishqi didn’t need saving and Ahaan trusted his instinct that someone is trying to create issues between them.

My fav moment had to be towards the end when he gently takes ishqi in his arms as she’s about to collapse and cares for her / tends to her with such sincerity - it was heart warming.

I really feel bad for Ahaan if Ishqi disappears on SR after all he did mention over the call that “Pyar ki feeling tumhare saath experience karna chahta hun main” 🤣

On to some comic elements:

The policeman telling Mehtas for arrest was with such warm smiles like they’re giving out convocation degree rather arrest warrant.

The hotel was gifted by Mehtas to Ahaan and here we are twice that he’s ditched Rhea and even called the police on them... yet only a week or so ago he was stating “yeh resort meri fiancé ka hai” Same thing goes for when he told about checking hotel cctv footage

I liked that Sonu decided to ditch the fake wedding altogether lol

Mausi finally had her special tea with Ahaan (or so we hope) where she told him about Rhea

Sarla-Ginny faces when Rhea mentioned why Dadi was their accomplice... the look was “oh yes of course that makes sense”

Of course as you mentioned the kidnappers... they really wanted Ishqaan wedding hence did their job but also made it so she can escape 🤣

Anyway I’m excited for the actual wedding And I hope we get to enjoy that without any further drama.

On a different note, I decided to watch the Ishqaan scenes from previous Mayank ceremonies and the current ones, and I love the continuity. I can understand why the makers decided to not show the same elaborate festive events all over again. But I don’t think they needed it - in all the previous times they both had this longing and restlessness so it makes sense now their dance / haldi etc has become more intimate.

Yeah Sarla/Ginni always reads situation well.. Sarla knows Dadi too well.. she also thought Ahaan agreeing to marry Rheaa also fishy😀
