I think Sai gave a befitting reply to Pakhi when she said that she isn't giving the pendant away to a stranger, it's just Kaku.

In a joint family, these things happen. Hell, it happens in a nuclear family with siblings. Parents have to buy two of the same gifts or two different gifts but at the same time. Unless it's a birthday or something where family members understand that gifts go only to the special person that day.

But Virat is also not wrong in saying people and families need to progress with time and normalise husband and wife gifting each other randomly. And none of them is a child there to be petty about it. I mean, Harinee can ask for a gift from her mamu seeing her mami's gift, but these guys are adults.

Well, there can be a lot of for and against here and I am only presenting one each because Vanku has already dragged the ruby matter enough.😂

What I feel is that Sai has taken Virat's words to her heart about family is important to him and kaku is the most important person in the family.

Infact Virat many episodes back would have done the same or asked Sai to give it.

She actually thinks that Virat would have done the same in her place.

She thinks she and Virat are on the same page.

Another way to look at it but damn!she just told Pakhi she understands Virat really well having lived with him in one room for so long.

Though have to consider that she is as yet unaware of his feelings and is herself still in denial... understanding the jazbaat in this context is impossible for her.

That's the most irritating and ridiculous thing which happen in joint family especially with over possessive mother in law. If hubby gifts us something they want to wear it first. I don't like to giveaway the gift from my hubby to ghar ke bade just because we are in joint family. Come on after all it's a special gift to us. I do unwillingly give sometimes but most of the times I ask my hubby to buy similar gift to my in law.

With changing times old and new generation should also understand how to adjust in a joint family or else these kind of petty issues will create huge tamasha.
