In all honesty - I am someone who despises the over usage of phones.
Had I been on my feet, and not in my bed most of the times- I.e.had I not been consumed by these illnesses and been healthy- you would not really see me here.
I didn't have a Facebook account until I stepped in engineering. Opened one in he second year. Deleted by the end of the year.
Phones creates an illusion of happiness which is too tempting not to fall and by the time we realize where the true happiness lies, we realize that we wasted a whole lot of time by then.
