Dev is a great character in the OG. Him and Shiva are the closest of all the brothers. I could tolerate Rishita in the OG only because of Dev. Everytime Rishita created Drama that invloved Raavi, Dev would immediately apologize to both Shiva and Raavi.

He is my second favorite character after Shiva-Raavi jodi there

Sometimes I think that the makers knew that ShiVi are going to be a fan favorite, that's why they aren't putting effort into Dev's characterization.

But still loved to throw poor characterized character down our throats these past few months. 😂😂

And it's Ulta here. I can finally tolerate him past couple of episodes because of Rishita😂😂

Ya they kind of butchered Dev and Rishitha. OG Rishitha was my favorite. I guess Simran is getting there.

Akshay is also not making it easier I guess. It would be difficult to give him charged and emotional scenes, where we can empathize with him. At least he is doing somewhat ok with the romantic scenes. But in front of ShiVi and GauRa, his performance gets kind of lost 🤷‍♀️

TBH, I liked him the both times he did pitai of Jannu. First with Shiva and then with Gaumbi.
