Fingers crossed! But yeah, RR is far from dumb. His powers of observation are much more astute than Pallavi's so I hope the makers don't change him just to show Pallavi fixing all his problems.

I so hope that they won't make him dumb... Cunning and shrewed Raghav is a treat to watch..

His daughters never bond with him or try to spend time with him, and just a simple thing like drinking tea together elevated his spirits. If they do it right, they have the potential to make this track extremely interesting and rewarding. Unlike many men, Milind never got to experience having a Daddy's little girl experience with his daughters. They're too much like BWA.

Amruta coming to the conclusion herself is actually good because it shows she isn't swayed by anyone and is taking time to analyze things herself. Perhaps she is becoming mature (or maybe being prepared to be paired with someone nice in the show!) I have a feeling she might even end up siding with Pallavi and Sharda when the Mandaar fiasco happens. It's too radical a change for it to be for random reasons.

i also like kaka amrutha scene.. it was good. Kaka wanted his daughter to bond with him but sulo never made that happen and nor kaka took a strong stand against kaku to get into like light of his daughters

Before also i never felt any kind of bond between kaka and mansi too

He was having that bond with pallavi to an extend... Though he was not consistent towards pallavi. He had a bond. With Pallavi

For me kaka is like any other deshmukh not impressed me i accept him only for his comedy element.

I don't like him as he is spineless not taking strong stand if amy one gives one stare bolti band. 😳

Amrutha defineltly has good potentiall it will be good if CV'S use her wisely rather for giving expression as a free ticket holder to seeing drama in the house.

It will good to see amrutha getting paired with someone good too. 👍🏼But not farhad big no 😳 and today she told her disappointment abt her mom but she has not switched side against her supporting pallavi. I will wait till she clearly says it So I don't feel she will support sharadha and pallavi in mandar issue. Let's see how they use her charcter. 😉

PS : it seems we always talk abt deshmuk's or sanki budda i guess not sure though as iam new here we both have quiet similar opinion abt deshmuk's 😆 btw iam Jayashree really feels good to interact with u🤗

Agree, but he regretted what he said the moment he did and she saw that too. However, I do think it shows he's compartmentalizing his relationships in a way. Pallavi is in a different spot from Amma and Keerti and I do think he doesn't want Pallavi to meddle beyond a point.

He hasn't fully accepted her or considered her a life partner in the long-term, sukh dukh ka saathi sense. They are still developing their bond, so it's ok. These words will be replayed to both of them in an interesting way in future.

I agree. The mansion is giving him missed calls, he'd better answer them. I want to see him back in full form in his home.

I was also thinking that if he had tapped Sunny's phone, he should've discovered more about Sunny than just his plan to elope with Keerthi.. In that case, there is a chance that Raghav has a plan.. maybe both Raghav and Pallavi are in this together..and its their plan to make Keerthi and Sunny believe that Pallavi doesnt trust Sunny and she is in disagreement with Raghav on this whole matter so Sunny becomes complacent and reveals his true face to her..while Raghav executes his plan to nab him..?

@bold this is what I was thinking too... and even the way Sunny no longer has a filter when it comes to dissing Pallavi in front of Keerti as well as on the phone. Ugh... He has no respect.

He had tapped Sunny's phone and even if he didn't hear every conversation of his, and only the bit that was about their plan to elope, then he should know by now that Sunny was not planning to marry Keerthi. So its possible that his proposal of getting them engaged was a bait to trap him.. * fingers crossed * this track should not open Keerthi's eyes but also act as another trust building exercise for Raghav and Pallavi..

Well, he did tell Farhad he wanted them to live with them so that he could observe him and that Keerti could see for herself what Sunny was like. If this is they case, then the idea is simple but effective.

I quite liked the episode. Laid a lot of interpersonal dynamics out in the open, setting the stage for upcoming tension.

Before jumping into the meat of the episode, I really enjoyed Milind's interactions with Sulochana and Amrutha today. I was just thinking, watching his and Pallavi's interaction and familiarity over at the Rao house the other day, how lonely he'd be right now. Him taking Amrutha off for tea reminded me of so many similar scenes we've had with him and Pallavi before.

Also, IDK if I've appreciated him before, but I really like the actor who plays Sunny. I think he's fantastic on screen, and I especially like how he plays off of both Sai and Shivangi. I've wanted Sunny Pallavi scenes since Kirti's birthday, so I was happy to get one today, as well as the call in the precap.

I also really liked the scene where Farhad and Raghav were talking about their employee who was conned by his son in law- it was so evident how they were both interpreting the situation differently- Raghav saw how that guy betrayed his wife and family and ran off for just 50L, whereas here Sunny has returned 5cr. Farhad was talking of how the SIL bankrupt the man. Sunny ka iraada exactly yeh hai- 5cr is a drop in the ocean for Raghav, and Sunny has a bigger plan in mind- after all, Raghav ki behen uske 'pyaar ke kaale jaadu' mein hai, as he so explicitly states.

I was really rooting for Kirti and Pallavi to make up, but yahaan toh the situation is getting worse. Kirti's reference to how close a friendship she and Pallavi once had was 💔😭

Sunny's smart to keep Kirti wary of Pallavi, because Pallavi is the one who's been able to see through him from the first ever interaction. Raghav reminds me of that folktale, with the powerful king, jiski jaan uske tote mein basti thi. Raghav hoga raja, but jaan uski Kirti aur Amma mein basti hai, and Kirti Sunny ke haath mein hai. It's easier for Pallavi to be neutral in this matter, so Sunny Pallavi ko hi villain bana raha hai. Well played! I'm completely on board with a Farhad-Pallavi team up for this, like the episode seemed to hint.

Now coming to Raghav- yeah, annoyed at him today. I don't understand what he's playing at. If this is all a plan, he needs to tell Pallavi- he went to her asking for her help after his idiotic 70s villain trick failed, so now I'm not cool with him choosing to freeze her out. If it's not a plan, then he's being behen ke pyaar mein andha, which is in character, so whatever. Forget Pallavi, he didn't even check with Jaya before fixing the engagement? Yikes. Also, the comment about 'meri family' was a low blow. I like that Pallavi stood her ground, but it's an incredibly unfair thing to say. Once someone marries into a house, they are family. You don't get to put qualifiers on who is more family, or less family.

Last week also we had Pallavi become the punching bag due to bhai-behen tensions, and it happened again today. TBH, I didn't mind last week's much, but today rubbed me the wrong way. Khud involve karo, and when you don't like what she's saying, khud tell her to butt out? Just because she doesn't cry over it doesn't mean it's acceptable, I'm glad she doesn't back down, and she should continue to- not here for her being taken for granted by yet another family.

With that rant out of the way, I think this track may make Raghav less pyaar-mein-andha towards his family, which I've wanted for a long time. I've always said that this is something Raghav and Pallavi have in common- they're usually smart, perceptive people, but when it comes to their families, they are ruled by their emotions, impulsive, bad decision makers and just kind of stupid, so seeing Raghav be stupid in the face of 'bhai' doesn't bother me (aside: I was surprised with 'bhai' instead of 'anna'- anyone with a better memory remember whether flashback-Kirti used to call flashback-Raghav 'bhai' or 'anna' or just Raghav?). I've also always believed that the relationship Raghav has with his family is as emotionally toxic as Pallavi with the Deshmukhs, we just cut the Raos more slack since they're not intrinsically vile people like VIjay and Sulochana are, and the tension was built upon intense trauma that all are suffering through.

Family ke liye pyaar aur izzat hona acchi baat hai, par ek hadd tak. Usmein you shouldn't lose your own sense. Pallavi managed to break out of that toxic hold her family had over her, and I'll be glad to see Raghav break out of it too. Bohot ho gaya pyaar ki bheek maangna, from people who'll just use their emotions to make them weak. Kirti said she got her brother's love for the first time in 10 years? Bullshit. She's always had it, it's just that Raghav's tactic of steamrolling others when he's made up his mind worked in her favor today.

Also, extremely excited about upcoming Pallavi-Sharda scene! Their first interaction since the big showdown!

I completely agree with what you've said in the post. Pallavi shouldn't let anyone take her for granted and if Raghav wants to set boundaries he can't flip flop about that either as per his convenience. He really needs to watch what he says because Pallavi's going to keep letting things go until one day a slip of his really hurts her feelings. He has to get better at this, at least with his wife.

Raghav's relationship with his family cannot continue this way. The whole Sunny fiasco is shaking this up for their good and when the dust settles Raghav will see things clearly. He can try his best to protect Keerti but at the end of the she will be the one to sign the death warrant on the brother-sister bond if she wants to. He will never willingly kick her out of his life, he loves her too much but I think based on what we saw in the dining table scene, the pain on his face, his realization of how these things will go, it was pretty clear that he knew this was conditional, that he knew his family has been unfair with him. The onus of proving himself should no longer lie with him. He should stop caring and live a little and I guess the upcoming Mandaar track will be when he truly introspects and focuses on himself, his own happiness for a change. He will never be able to cut himself off from his mother, sister, and eventually Pallavi, but perhaps he will stop working so hard for their affection and let them also put in effort at maintaining these relationships, instead of bleeding him dry.

Props to Sai for how he wordlessly showed us Raghav's turmoil through the almost-forming tears in his eyes, his hand slowly moving up to pat Keerti's hand, and his half-smile that never reached his eyes when she hugged him. Raghav knows exactly what's going on and to hear her call him bhai and shower him with all that affection in a superficial manner, gosh it can't get more painful than that. He's the kind of guy who'd rather have her be angry than be fake with him, because he is a Rao and he prefers they be straightforward about their thoughts and emotions.

Methinks Lion won't come and attack just yet. He will lie in the bushes, observing and waiting for the best moment to pounce on his prey, when Raghav will be the weakest.

However, he needs to slow down and think too and know by know that brushing Farhad off eventually lands him in trouble. I hope Farhad gets to play a big role too. He's been observing everything from day 1 and maybe he gets to see things others can't because he's not being ruled by his emotions or prejudices.

I like Keerti calling Pallavi out on not helping her as a friend and putting aside the SIL relationship. I am not saying Pallavi should agree with what Keerti wants to do but when we have differences of opinion with our friends we should be even more careful not to alienate them. This way Keerti won't confide in her at all. Ugh...

Also, Raghav telling Pallavi not to interfere in his family matters was quite interesting. He realized the moment the words left his mouth that he shouldn't have said that, but Pallavi was right that it came out because somewhere inside he felt that. I don't think he's fully accepted her as a wife in the life partner sense. He's still living in the moment and hasn't thought about this marriage long-term. Which is fine, he'll learn. Pallavi is totally invested in everything in this relationship and everything related to him and his family. I don't know if she considers the Raos 100% her family the way she used to the Deshmukhs but I think she's well on her way there.

Sunny understands all these dynamics really well and he's enjoying watching them fall apart.

@bold- And I said the same thing in reply to Ashi's post.. A lot of times I don't like the way Raghav treats Farhad, even if I look past him dismissing his opinion in any particular matter ''Raghav aisa hi hai'' doesn't cut it for me.. their equation goes beyond the typical boss-employee relationship as we have seen on multiple occasions.. Raghav should learn to value him and his opinions more..and if he does, it won't hurt to express it sometimes..

I don't know what to say about Keerthi.. At this point all she can think of is Sunny.. so she is going to lash out at anyone who opposes her.. I absolutely hated her superficial affection towards Raghav.. makes her look so shallow..

@bold- If they actually had a disagreement and it was not part of a plan, then I will say I am disappointed in Raghav.. He cannot pick and choose moments she gets to be his wife and member of his family.. he is the one who went to her to seek help in Keerthi's matter.. he told her not to meddle in his family matters when fact is that its because of her meddling that he got his family back in the first place..I found no justification in what he said honestly.. i

Manasi aka chhota bindi

I said this earlier today.. the actor playing Sunny is doing a pretty good job .. he has a confident body language and a natural flair in his acting.. I also like his scenes with Shivangi and Sai.. the give and take is good...the way he switches his demeanor.. no wonder she felt that he is a two faced guy who pretends to be someone else infront of them.. the thing she said about how to judge a person's character is so true..

It was good to see Farhad get some screen time today.. though I would really for Raghav to be a lil cordial towards him.. sometimes I feel bad with the way Raghav treats him..I understand they have a boss-employee equation but Farhad has been more than an employee to him..always..I hope at some point in the story they show a track where Raghav verbally acknowledges Farhad's place in his life..

@bold +1... Farhad deserves his own proper track, honestly. I want to learn how they met and started working together.

That's what I was thinking too.. how come Keerthi didn't question his intentions of marriage now when earlier they were ready to elope cause he is not ready for marriage.. seriously i thought Keerthi is one sensible person who can look through the things.. i thought Amma is the one having problem in reconciling with Raghav but seems Keerthi was the one who always had the problem and just fill her mothers ears...
