Yes I know and I still have my doubts.. but the BTS pics are giving me hope that Raghav is upto something.. He had tapped Sunny's phone and even if he didn't hear every conversation of his, and only the bit that was about their plan to elope, then he should know by now that Sunny was not planning to marry Keerthi. So its possible that his proposal of getting them engaged was a bait to trap him.. * fingers crossed * this track should not open Keerthi's eyes but also act as another trust building exercise for Raghav and Pallavi..

I quite liked the episode. Laid a lot of interpersonal dynamics out in the open, setting the stage for upcoming tension.

Before jumping into the meat of the episode, I really enjoyed Milind's interactions with Sulochana and Amrutha today. I was just thinking, watching his and Pallavi's interaction and familiarity over at the Rao house the other day, how lonely he'd be right now. Him taking Amrutha off for tea reminded me of so many similar scenes we've had with him and Pallavi before.

Also, IDK if I've appreciated him before, but I really like the actor who plays Sunny. I think he's fantastic on screen, and I especially like how he plays off of both Sai and Shivangi. I've wanted Sunny Pallavi scenes since Kirti's birthday, so I was happy to get one today, as well as the call in the precap.

I also really liked the scene where Farhad and Raghav were talking about their employee who was conned by his son in law- it was so evident how they were both interpreting the situation differently- Raghav saw how that guy betrayed his wife and family and ran off for just 50L, whereas here Sunny has returned 5cr. Farhad was talking of how the SIL bankrupt the man. Sunny ka iraada exactly yeh hai- 5cr is a drop in the ocean for Raghav, and Sunny has a bigger plan in mind- after all, Raghav ki behen uske 'pyaar ke kaale jaadu' mein hai, as he so explicitly states.

I was really rooting for Kirti and Pallavi to make up, but yahaan toh the situation is getting worse. Kirti's reference to how close a friendship she and Pallavi once had was 💔😭

Sunny's smart to keep Kirti wary of Pallavi, because Pallavi is the one who's been able to see through him from the first ever interaction. Raghav reminds me of that folktale, with the powerful king, jiski jaan uske tote mein basti thi. Raghav hoga raja, but jaan uski Kirti aur Amma mein basti hai, and Kirti Sunny ke haath mein hai. It's easier for Pallavi to be neutral in this matter, so Sunny Pallavi ko hi villain bana raha hai. Well played! I'm completely on board with a Farhad-Pallavi team up for this, like the episode seemed to hint.

Now coming to Raghav- yeah, annoyed at him today. I don't understand what he's playing at. If this is all a plan, he needs to tell Pallavi- he went to her asking for her help after his idiotic 70s villain trick failed, so now I'm not cool with him choosing to freeze her out. If it's not a plan, then he's being behen ke pyaar mein andha, which is in character, so whatever. Forget Pallavi, he didn't even check with Jaya before fixing the engagement? Yikes. Also, the comment about 'meri family' was a low blow. I like that Pallavi stood her ground, but it's an incredibly unfair thing to say. Once someone marries into a house, they are family. You don't get to put qualifiers on who is more family, or less family.

Last week also we had Pallavi become the punching bag due to bhai-behen tensions, and it happened again today. TBH, I didn't mind last week's much, but today rubbed me the wrong way. Khud involve karo, and when you don't like what she's saying, khud tell her to butt out? Just because she doesn't cry over it doesn't mean it's acceptable, I'm glad she doesn't back down, and she should continue to- not here for her being taken for granted by yet another family.

With that rant out of the way, I think this track may make Raghav less pyaar-mein-andha towards his family, which I've wanted for a long time. I've always said that this is something Raghav and Pallavi have in common- they're usually smart, perceptive people, but when it comes to their families, they are ruled by their emotions, impulsive, bad decision makers and just kind of stupid, so seeing Raghav be stupid in the face of 'bhai' doesn't bother me (aside: I was surprised with 'bhai' instead of 'anna'- anyone with a better memory remember whether flashback-Kirti used to call flashback-Raghav 'bhai' or 'anna' or just Raghav?). I've also always believed that the relationship Raghav has with his family is as emotionally toxic as Pallavi with the Deshmukhs, we just cut the Raos more slack since they're not intrinsically vile people like VIjay and Sulochana are, and the tension was built upon intense trauma that all are suffering through.

Family ke liye pyaar aur izzat hona acchi baat hai, par ek hadd tak. Usmein you shouldn't lose your own sense. Pallavi managed to break out of that toxic hold her family had over her, and I'll be glad to see Raghav break out of it too. Bohot ho gaya pyaar ki bheek maangna, from people who'll just use their emotions to make them weak. Kirti said she got her brother's love for the first time in 10 years? Bullshit. She's always had it, it's just that Raghav's tactic of steamrolling others when he's made up his mind worked in her favor today.

Also, extremely excited about upcoming Pallavi-Sharda scene! Their first interaction since the big showdown!

I don't get the feeling that it's a plan, but agar hai toh I would hope Pallavi is involved, or he atleast tells her. Just yesterday, she reamed him out for his stupid 5cr bribe and not telling her what he was upto, and then he requested her help. I'll be kinda pissed off is he's still doing his own thing, without even involving, or even informing, Pallavi or Farhad.

I like the idea of them doing all this drama to make SunKi believe there is this disagreement and get Sunny complacent, but with the fight they had in front of Jaya, I kind of doubt it.

ETA: Vaise, didn't Kirti notice how Sunny agreed to the marriage so easily? No suspicion?? And lol, wtf was that nibba-nibbi thing. Cute fanservice on the makers' end, but I didn't love it too much.

I know ...like I said I still have my doubts based on 1) the fact that he is so impressed by Sunny returning his 5cr 2.) he is Raghav Rao..who let's his emotions get the better of him, when it comes to his family.. he has acted completely irrational in the past whenever his family has been involved so there is a good chance that he is swayed by Keerthi's sudden bhai-prem. It'd be very disappointing if this happens.. funnily enough that is one of the reasons I am thinking maybe cv's will surprise us because they have been innovative in their approach.. Phone tap kiya tha Sunny ka.. he must've gotten idea of what kinda guy he is.. he was going to elope with Keerthi to be in a live in relationship.. and now he is ready to marry her? Yes agree...if this is indeed a plan then they better be in it together otherwise if this is again a case of ''khuli kitab hoke ek panna chhipake rakhna'' then that's a problem.

Fingers crossed! But yeah, RR is far from dumb. His powers of observation are much more astute than Pallavi's so I hope the makers don't change him just to show Pallavi fixing all his problems.

I hope so too, I'm dreading seeing mahaan FL and not so smart ML over here. Ugh... Or are they both pretending to fight so that Keerti picks one of them and sides with them? I ask because Pallavi said in the room that they have to do something major.

I say this because of the look in Raghav's eyes when she put her arms around his neck and how he didn't melt but was rather hesitant to put his hand on hers. Was it because he knew this wasn't sincere or because he has something cooked up and hates deceving her with this plan that's for her own good.

I think he knows Keerti doesn't genuinely accept him as her bhai. It's all conditional at this point and clearly she didn't think twice before going back to calling him Raghav and defiantly telling him she was going to marry Sunny.

Lol.. yesterday raghav was telling how come foolishness is in his genes with respect to keerthi.. today seeinb raghav blind in his love for keerthi, he is also behaving foolishly.. foolishness toh is in his genes only..

Wow.. so if sunny is bad, he’d get keerthi to divorce.. koi halwa hai kya. For someone who takes commitment and responsibity so seriously, it was such a lame ass dialogue!!! Oh.. the character flips to generate drama..

Family dialogue.. am glad he atleast told he didnt mean in that sense.. but whatever he actually meant.. that argument was good!

The phone tap, yes- there's so much he could have learnt from that!! I hope they bring that back. I'd love if there's a plan here, but 100% agree on @bold.

It was different when he wanted his Amma to live with him by marrying Pallavi. If was his life, and Pallavi did not matter to him that much at that time.

But now it's Kirti, and Sunny is not indeed portraying a good image for everyone to be fooled. How can Raghav overlook or blinded by it.

I like a smart Raghav, not blinded by 2 rupee love of his sister that changes everyday.

If indeed Raghav is like this, then we can anticipate he will always choose his family over Pallavi. He may love her but she will never be his priority.

Mandar track will be a realization for Raghav I guess.

When he said he wanted Sunny to live with them, I laughed because it reminded me of the discussion we had in the forum about this topic. I think he wants to neutralize Sunny and let Keerti see for herself what kind of person he is. If he turns out to be genuine, fine, otherwise she can divorce him and move on. Frankly, I liked Raghav's open-minded and straightforward attitude about divorced. I will say though that why let a marriage happen when the potential for divorce is so high at the outset. That's just silly.

LOL I just can't believe Raghav used the nibba nibbi terms, the reference to social media and what we discuss on the forum was a bit too weird! Anyway, for someone who refused to get married, for Sunny to suddenly agree must have been something Raghav was anticipating, hence the rush to announce the engagement. This makes it official and public so if Sunny is planning something he can't sneak out with Keerti.

We were wondering why he wasn't showing desperation to get Keerti back? Well here you go. For Amma he ruined his life, for Keerti he will let her ruin her life? I find that hard to believe. He loves her too much to let her jump into the fire, but maybe his angle here is let her jump. If it turns out to be a fire below I'll pull her back and if it's water I'll let her swim but remain a lifeguard. If this is the case, then it might actually be the best way for now to prevent her from going off and doing something without telling the family. At least this way he can keep his eye on them and control the narrative.

What I feel is that Sunny is actually from a rich family, bigda hua, so that's why he talks to servants like that. The way he behaved with Naidu shows that he's used to being around servants and ordering them around. Something is messed up in his family or the entire back story is rubbish.

There was a whole other topic raised in that dining table scene today about physical contact and touch. The way Keerti put her hand on Raghav's and how he closed his around it immediately, instinctively, like he'd been waiting for it for ages. Also, how awkward and uncomfortable he was when she hugged him, instead of feeling happy. You could see him get emotional but not in a happy way, rather even from his side profile you could see he was hurting. It was almost as if he was feeling if only this were true and permanent. He knows what's going on but he also wants to let himself believe, even temporarily, that things were improving between them. It was only a split second but props to Sai for conveying an ocean of emotions in that moment. Of all the moments of pain I've seen him in, this was the most painful of all, especially because he, being so expressive by nature, had to hold back and not express his emotions. One, because Sunny was there, two because he didn't want to lose focus from what he was doing, and three because he knew deep down that Keerti calling him bhai suddenly was not heartfelt.

As for Farhad being told to shut up, well we all know that Raghav does that when he knows Farhad is 100% right. Before the white lungi Raghav, Farhad used to fulfill that role his life. Hopefully this time Farhad will not stay silent and talk to Amma or Pallavi about this. Keerti isn't going to listen to reason and I hope she discovers Sunny's truth herself and walks away, goes back to Raghav to apologize. To me this would be a better outcome than any of the Raos solving the mystery of Sunny. Aur Pallavi ko to iss sab se door hi rakho. Her concerns today were genuine but she was tactless throughout the episode. She knows how sensitive Raghav is about Keerti, so she could have handled the matter differently. She's bordering on becoming a typical know-it-all FL and I'm cringing.

I can't believe I'm saying this but I kinda liked the Amruta-Milind scene. His daughters never bond with him or try to spend time with him, and just a simple thing like drinking tea together elevated his spirits. If they do it right, they have the potential to make this track extremely interesting and rewarding. Unlike many men, Milind never had the Daddy's little girl experience with his daughters. They're too much like BWA.

Amruta coming to the conclusion herself is actually good because it shows she isn't swayed by anyone and is taking time to analyze things herself. Perhaps she is becoming mature (or maybe being prepared to be paired with someone nice in the show!) I have a feeling she might even end up siding with Pallavi and Sharda when the Mandaar fiasco happens. It's too radical a change for it to be for random reasons.
