I don't think Ishqi is buying Rhea's niceness... i think she finds it weird but just nodding along because of Dadi and not causing any drama for Ahaan. Also, in her thoughts she is worried because she knows how trust can easily be broken and she really wants this relationship to work - i feel so bad for her with all the DaaRhea plotting... and if the haldi thing that Rhea causes tomorrow with FIR ... I can see her panicking ...
