The key bit here I think is Ahaan's dialogue at the hospital that he will not stop trusting Ishqi.

Of course she didn't hear it, but if there's to be a separation, those words make me feel it will be Ishqi initiating/making the decision to separate, and not Ahaan.

Not sure about long ... but i prefer messy hair rather the done up one with round brush that they do on him.

I like Param but don’t find him attractive for some reason.

They weren't replacing him.... His character was killed off.. they shot that sequence too ..But fans didn't allow makers to show it 🤣...

LOL... he is not my type either (just based on physical features not that we know him in person 😆)... actually a fact I was not interested in the show when they were showing all the promos... i found both leads so plain in those promos.
