Reminds me a of a scene in Punar Vivah where the ML isn't paying much attention to the FL and agreeing to buy her bangles, so she's trying to figure out what to do. He has exceptionally good taste being a wedding planner/designer so she deliberately tells the choodiwaala to give her chamkeeli bhadkeeli bangles, i.e. tacky colors so that he chimes in and then finally helps her. That show was such a classic! 😆
Raghav will follow up on Sunny for sure. I could feel it today. In case of BWA first time he didn't want Keerti and Amma to go through all that again. In second case of necklace theft it was only him who was hurt and he doesn't give much thought when it's about himself.
He definitely understood how Sunny used his words and actions against him, which is why he was quiet when Pallavi said that striking that deal meant Keerti now trusted Sunny more than her own brother. I loved his line about the dumb genes but I also wish Raghav would stop underestimating people and follow up. He did that with BWA and Sunny and they both came back to hurt him big time, and will continue to do so until he finals a proper solution to sort them out.
But this is about Keerti. It would be a grave mistake from writers part if they show him not following up the matter. Given the way he lost his family in his absence it would go against his character. I would be pretty disappointed in writers if they take that route.
He now knows Sunny is no kaccha khiladi so will be double careful. I think for the time being he will play along and will try to get in good books of his sister. Seeing Keerti happy in the BTS makes me think he will give a chance to Sunny but will keep an eye out.
Contrary to everyone's opinion I don't find Keertis actions wrong. She is a traumatized child and I can totally relate to her. I find the brother sister drama more interesting than the romantic scenes tbh. I love Sunny- RR interactions not Sunny- Keerti though. He will be a worthy opponent to RR. Hope makers keep him grey and make good use of RR- Sunny chemistry.
On a side note Its amazing how Sai manages to strike right chord with every character in the show. I think I can watch RR interacting evèn with Shree for days without getting bored.😆

Agree with you. I find it hard to believe that Sunny with all his chalooness can eventually outsmart Raghav. It just won't seem believable otherwise because we know how smart Raghav is and he is a don after all. I don't mind seeing a game of chess-like situation for a while between the two until Raghav wins, because I prefer the calculating Raghav Rao over all else, but it also would justify why Keerti ended up with Sunny in the first place. Any man she chooses would tend to be smart and have a spine to go up against Raghav. Sunny isn't just daring for the sake of it. He really doesn't fear Raghav, and that's a quality that Keerti's husband would need. I don't mean that Sunny is the right person for her though. I don't really like him so far, he'll have to prove he's a good fit. I like RR and his clashes because they seem believable as brother vs. to-be spouse of sister.
I am also much more interested in the brother sister dynamics, which I guess is the actual focal point of this track. I think Raghav's mistake with Keerti, based on what we've seen from episode 1, is that he's always been domineering and bulldozing over her wishes, trying to control her life in all aspects. He should have spent time talking to her to understand her perspective, especially in the matter of Sunny, the moment he knew they were having an affair. As for Keerti, I may not like her approach but I understand where she's coming from. When Raghav saw her defiance yesterday, he understood because she seemed exactly like him. They have the same temper and daring attitude, sometimes to their own detriment. Sunny was smart enough to tap into her insecurities and she's looking at him as her knight in shining armor who will rescue her and take her away from Raghav's "prison".
Yes, Sai manages to make Raghav have great chemistry with other characters. I think it's because of the way the role is written but also because of how he really lives the character. All the interactions feel real because you see a different flavor of Raghav depending on who he's interacting with, while keeping his essence intact. The only other person on the show who comes close to it is Krishna, but we don't see enough of her unfortunately.

Raghav has never liked Sunny. But today I felt more than anger, Raghav could see how shrewd Sunny can be. Maybe this might be used for the upcoming tracks with Ved where he can gauge Sunny with this knowledge. It all depends on how the writers are going to mould Sunny, right now he is a yo-yo character.

very beautifully summarized. Lot to unfold in future and the dynamics of relationships. Everyone has seen the loving side of Raghav. Pallavi to a certain extent the bad side too. But not the full scope of villains he might have added over years and how it might interfere in their daily lives. Not just physically like the Lion track, but mentally too. It might dismantle the trust she has in him, especially if they bring in the Mandaar perspective. The new promo, she was loud and accusing.
Yeah, she's in la la land a bit right now with the whole marriage and husband wife thing, but she has to come to terms with the fact that she married a don after all. Can she accept him with all his flaws and what his profession brings?
How does RR manages to make
" Pallavi " sound so sexy every time?😆
Every time he calls her by name I am like kaash mera naam Pallavi hota..😆
Aur yeh Pallavi insaan hai ke patthar?😆 How can a girl even remain sane when that man is running his long fingers in her hair?
Well she wasn't patthar, was she? If he hadn't opened his eyes and then her hair hadn't got stuck in the dryer, she would have kept admiring him and checking him out. He does affect her.
And he hasn't even started running his hands through her hair. I am expecting a full on scene later on when they start getting intimate. He can openly smell her hair and she'll be more than happy about it.

I have deep, deep sympathy for Jaya- no parent wishes to survive the death of their child. But she honestly needs a moment of reckoning herself, because while she lost a husband and child, she also made her other two children lose the guidance of their only living parent. It's a hard situation, because I never want to suggest that she should have brushed aside her loss for the sake of kids- absolutely not. Her pain, her grief, her anger was all very, very valid. But when all's said and done, her refusal to even listen to Raghav, the festering bitterness, the fact that she raised Kirti while spewing this venom at Raghav, and the fact that a very young Kirti also faced a huge burden by having to support an old, very ill mother financially- all of this has been a big contributor to the very messy situation the family is now in. Sure, the reconciliation with Raghav is a step in the right direction, but there's a long, long way to go.
I see it this way too, and while I can't blame her 100% I do think she has to be accountable for what she's done (or not done). Watching Keerti go off the rails and shut down all of Raghav's genuine efforts to help will make her realize day in day out what damage she's caused. I must say I am really glad the writers are showing us the progress in their relationship this way, i.e. just the act of reconciling isn't enough, they have to not just make up for what was lost and ruined over the years, but they have to look around and see what else was impacted. Keerti has been sandwiched between her mother and brother for too long and Jaya is now seeing what a mess her daughter is. In many ways, her resentment of Raghav was based on what Jaya did and said, and I can imagine her natural curiosity and love for Raghav always had to be suppressed, as she had to act the way she thought Jaya must have wanted her to. Also, Keerti being a sensitive person didn't want to entertain the idea of reconciling with her only living sibling for fear of upsetting Jaya further. When children take on the burden of grief of their parents, this is what happens. In a way we see this with Pallavi when she said she didn't know if her grief was bigger or that of Shardi and Sanki.
I don't want the Rao reconciliation to be done and dusted so easily and as a parent, Jaya will need to be more proactive if she wants to fix things. She cannot just be a bystander and yell or slap her kids when she doesn't like what they do or say.

Yeah, Raghav's instincts about people are never wrong. His dislike for Sunny is more than just because he's dating his sister, but he sense something's off about the guy. He also realized that Sunny is manipulating his sister. If Sunny had to refuse the money he could have told Raghav all that when they were talking about the deal, instead of negotiating from 1 to 5 cr.

Another thing that indicated Pallavi becoming collateral damage in all this jhamela was the echoing declaration from Kirti about cursing Raghav's love and happiness. So whether it's emotional or otherwise, I definitely see threat imminent for Pallavi this time. She's caught in the eye of a storm, and is going to be pulled in all directions, especially now with Mandaar's return confirmed. After her last showdown with Vijay, nothing short of her zombie-husband (since neither ex- nor late- seem appropriate prefixes anymore, I'm going to stick with zombie- till we know more) would have been big enough to make her mend those ties, perhaps out of a sense of obligation. And Pallavi's stresses do manifest physically, so the fainting is expected. But also, did you see the vatsavitri BTS? If that fallen thaali is indeed Pallavi's, that's almost a guarantee that Raghav's about to be gravely injured.
The fall-out with Kirti hit me much harder than I expected it to, so I'm glad Sunny atleast cleared the air that Pallavi didn't break Kirti's confidence. I know we haven't seen much of their bond, but whatever we've been told about it, and the flickers we've seen here and there are enough to tell me that both girls valued that relationship a lot, and I hope they get past this hiccup.
Jaya is still an enigma to me. I know she wants the best for Pallavi, and they have excellent chemistry with each other, but much like Raghav, Jaya doesn't always think through her actions as much as she should, and doesn't always anticipate the far reaching consequences. How she'll respond in a given situation, especially if her loyalties to Pallavi, Raghav, and Kirti pull her in different directions, I cannot predict.
If Raghav does break her heart again in the way only he can, I don't think they'll ever recover from it. It took everything she had to take this leap, I don't think she'll take it again.
I don't want Raghav to be injured at all, in keeping with the writers going the unconventional route. Rather, I want him to be unavailable or inaccessible if she chooses to blame him for Mandaar's death. All this abshagun stuff is overdone on ITV and I don't want to see the same thing again. The fallen thaali must have been Sanki's doing, I was hoping it was directed against Sharda not Pallavi. I mean, he has nothing to do with Pallavi so why should he care who she prays for?
I also want Keerti and Pallavi to patch up because as Amma will take sides with Raghav I would like to see Keerti support Pallavi in future. She can identify with the pain of losing someone so she'd be a good source of support. Plus, if she still resents Raghav at that point, she will be only more supportive of Raghav. I want her to take back her curse because by cursing Raghav she roped Pallavi in too. Also, I hope her words don't come true because again, it's been done to death on ITV.
Jaya's impulsiveness is something we see in Raghav quite often too, but over the years he seemed to have developed his cold and calculating side, which is essential to survive in his business and become (and remain) Hyderabad ka don.
At this point, I don't see Raghav breaking her heart but him being aloof during the Mandaar track will bother her, and make her feel isolated and lonely. Now going by how he zeroes on her accepting him as her husband and the constant role reversal on this show, I actually think she's the one who's going to end up breaking his heart with her questions and mistrust. He will not be the same again and the cycle of angst and rowdy Rao will resume, with overdoses of Appy Fizz.
