Aanchal explains to the family that she is the reason the children lost their mother and asks them to not ask any more questions. Sudeep says that he thinks she's just making this up and Aanchal tells him that she wouldn't make such a lie up. She then explains to them what happened. Mamaji tells her that it wasn't in her hands and Aanchal says she came to terms with that which was why she went to America. She then however tells them that when she came back to visit, destiny had other plans and goes on to tell everyone about how she met the children on the bus and how she found out they were Jaya's children when she went to drop them home.
Aanchal says this time she couldn't turn away and thought it was her duty to take care of the kids and never let them feel they were without a mother. Aanchal asks whether it's a crime to help the kids of the woman who unknowingly gave her life for Aanchal. She says that she know the children will hate her after they find out the truth but until then, she wants to look after them. Sudeep and Mamiji walk away while Mamaji smiles at Aanchal lovingly. Manu comforts her, telling her not to cry and they both hug.
Sid walks into his house and sees Dadiji and Chanchal looking down. He asks what happened and Dadaji comes in, mocking the two of how the children are being brought up well now. Chanchal says that whether it looks like she cares or not, she does as Jaya was her sister. Dadiji gets mad at Dadaji for making Chanchal cry. Dadaji scolds her saying she has always looked at the kids differently because Sid is adopted.
Sid tells Dadaji that he doesn't want the house to fall apart because of him and the kids. He says that Dadiji and Chanchal's attitude will change sooner or later. Dadaji says he wont let anything happen to the children but feels that even when he wanted to, he could never help Aanchal.
Manu is in tears as he asks Aanchal for forgiveness. Aanchal asks what happened and Manu says he never understood what she was going through and he kept reminding her about what Mama and Mamiji did for her so she would go back to America. She begins to cry but tries to comfort him and tells him to stop crying. Aanchal says she hopes Mamaji and Mamiji understand why she did what she did.
Mamaji and Mamiji are thinking over what Aanchal said. Mamiji says she could never have done what Aanchal did and they both agree that Aanchal is an amazing niece. Mamaji says they will tell her how proud they are of her.
Aanchal is thinking and tells Jaya that she told her family the truth today but for some reason, she still feels the guilt and responsibility on her shoulders and feels she will never be able to repay her.
Aayush is practising with Juhi for the poetry competition. Juhi suggests a way to improve the poem, the same suggestion Aanchal had suggested, but Aayush tells her to focus on what he's saying to make sure he isn't forgetting anything. Juhi says she knows he'll win. Aayush says he doesn't know, last year his mother came which is why he won. Juhi says their mother is watching them and he'd have to win for her. Aanchal is watching all this.
Sudeep is pacing in his office and remembers everything Aanchal said. He remembers when she said that the kids will hate her once they know the truth. He calls Sid and tells him he wants to tell him something about Aanchal.

Well today's episode was a really good once I thought! At least Aanchal's family knows the truth now. But now we know Sudeep will be playing the negative in her life!
