Well the soulmate type of love ... I had given up on long ago because I didn’t think it existed - the idealist in me was a bit crushed so I had a practical theory of love. I would consider mine a friendship marriage.

All I can say from experience is the Idealistic soulmate type love does exist but I’m not sure it always translates to people being together and all... Some are just lucky that they’re able to find that and be together. Circumstances at times aren’t in your favor and all you can hope is that somehow / someday in this life or another, one gets to live it out.

I don't know about finding the soulmate but yes I agree with the fact that finding that person in your own self and enjoying solitude is a very good and peaceful feeling. Though I am really young in comparison to you guys but still. It is beautiful. ❤️

You are so right.. it’s important to think practically.

But at least I want some spark, and respect, trust, and friendship are very important as well. The problem is , I have only felt for one person in my life and I just haven’t had any feelings for someone else ever again. Idk why.. now parents are looking for a match but I just don’t get it.. don’t even feel like talking to anyone.. samajh hi nai aaya kaise decide karun… or maybe it’s hard to have feelings or attraction just by looking at pic ? I just don’t understand arranged marriage tbh. And ghar se bahar nikalne ka scope bhi nai aajkal.. whom will I meet 😆

I agree. For me also it is very difficult to live with anyone else and vice versa. I am extremely reserved and I enjoy my alone time. My husband and I both give each other lot of space for individuality. If not for him, I would never marry anyone else because I am happy being with myself.

go with your gut and trust the vibes.

but for the above to be correct u need to be in a happy headspace so be sure of that first.
