This Mihika Oberoi seems like Atharva's girlfriend to me. Or else I can't think of any reason why a famous actress would want to trap Malhar. I wouldn't be surprised if Atharva is having an affair with her and convinces her to do this for him so he can take custody of Moksh. High chances that Atharva can be getting money from her, and maybe she's also embezzling from the director husband. She seems like a Sampu 2.0. Married the director for money and to become a heroine and then has an affair with Atharva who may have convinced her to help get Moksh's custody and then run away with money.
50/50 chance of Asha coming back. I think she has already laid the foundations for Moksh to doubt Kalyani's love, so Aparna can take over the job from here. Or she can come back and continue to manipulate Moksh along with Aparna.
Aparna, I feel she's back for revenge for Sampu's death. But since the family is indebted to Sampu, they'll accept her back.
I somehow feel Aparna and Atharva will file for joint custody of Moksh as Nani and Baba, and say that Kalyani has been neglecting Moksh since she found out about her bio child and Malhar is not a good father for Moksh due to Mihika's trap.
