I think this Indu sarkar is very strongly related to the black money thing. As kallu said in tomorrow's episode, she has many cases on her. And as she is a businesswoman, she has a little more chances of being the black money leader. And she also had the opportunityto steal gehnas. So it's a whole trap for kalma I feel by Indu.
