Precisely! This shaadi vs live in conflict is extremely superficial. Sunny just doesn't come across as mature enough to be in a serious, committed relationship, within or outside the bond of marriage.

Still haven't read the promo thread yet. Going to go check out what all the discussions have been. I'm all for tension and some misunderstandings, it's needed for plot purposes, but I can't help but be very very nervous about this particular promo. It seems to be so similar to a plotline from KHKT, and that plotline basically delivered the death blow to the show.

I'll not detail it too much, but turns out that Rohit's (ML) girlfriend had a near fatal accident and was in a coma for a few years. it happened due to Sonakshi's (FL) ex-fiance, but due to some confusions, both the girlfriend (who obviously woke up when Rohit and Sonakshi got together) and Sonakshi herself hold her responsible for the accident. They built up this revelation for months, executed it so badly, both characters were painfully out of character, and it was resolved in such an unengaging manner, that everyone I knew who was watching the show, online and IRL, (and I myself) stopped watching within 2-3 days of each other. For me, it wasn't much about hating the plot, but it was an instant disconnect from the characters and the story, emotionally speaking. I went from waking at 6 to catch the show before going to work, to not even following updates in the span of 2 episodes. And then channel interference, and total kachra of show.

Now obviously, it's not the same show, and I shouldn't judge by previous shows, it's unfair, but I can't help but be super wary. Just once bitten, twice shy. I'm definitely holding judgement till we know much more. No one will be happier than me if they do surprise me with some solid story and execution.

Sorry about the lamba sa rant 😅

Let's be positive and let the makers tell their story. They have surprised us with an early and very convincing redemption track so we have realistic reasons to believe that they will handle Mandhar track well..

Guys I'm So angry with SP in UK.

They played the original song over Sai's singing and completely cut out shivangi's part 😡 It was so beautiful and raw when I watched it online with the BG music but they ruined it 😭 I've only just started to watch it online as I can't wait until 6.30 but now thinking what other scenes have the channel been cutting out

I'm so angry they did so dirty on Sai and Shivi it was an amazing scene.

Hope before the Mandaar killer track(🤢) comes up she falls in love with him so much that her trust on him doesn't get affected

Mandaar track should have come before she told all that "main tumhe tumse zyada samajhti hoon etc" because after knowing him in n out... it might not make much sense if she believes him to be Mandaar's killer

Anyways... I hope that track doesn't cause any separation between the two but in fact strengthens their bond...

I actually think it's better to see her battle with her insecurities about Raghav now. She made a firm decision to spend her life with him and supported him even when there was no evidence of his innocence. She was not even willing to entertain the idea that he could have been guilty. Now, with such a big thing coming up, will she feel her trust in him waver?

Raghav is working on the emotional connect with her, whereas she's more in the physical attraction and romance mode. With Mandaar's death taking center stage, these dynamics will be affected. I know one thing, if Raghav realizes she doesn't trust him, he will go back into his shell and withdraw from her and the world for good. This is why they showed him reconciling with Amma. He's going to need strong support now.

As for separation, I always wonder why ITV can't show a couple living under the same roof and still having clashes. Leaving the mansion isn't necessary.

True! Abhi ke liye staying optimistic.

Sach bolun, the part I loved about the promo the most was that they gave us a date. Kam se kam last time ki tarah we won't keep wondering ki yeh kaanton ki bediyan aur paison ka ghamand shuru kab hoga?? 🤣

@ Bold. I know the feeling. The last time I was so emotionally invested in a show was 10 years ago. I told myself I wouldn't attach myself to any Indian serial again but here I am

Not sure how he could be financially better off than Vijay. Never seen him work for a living. Free loader hai.

Also, I finally saw the scene between Amrutha and Sulo in the previous episode and to me it seemed like she was frustrated that her Ayi has been spending so much time plotting amd scheming for nothing, because her plans inevitably fail ..not only that it actually led to Raghav and Pallavi getting married.. so basically she has not had any sudden change of heart but only frustrated that the plans didnt have the desired result.

1. Tum meri priority ho

2. Chun liya tumhe apne parivar ke upar

3. Mein Pallavi Raghav Rao banke khush hu

4. Mein tumhe chhodke, is ghar, is parivar ko chhodke kahin nahi ja rahi

I mean after saying all these things out loud, danke ki chot pe, where is the room for doubt that she is declaring her love for him? Emotionally she is very much aware where she stands..I think now slowly she is gearing up to be physically comfortable around him.. She ASKED him to blow dry her hair. What does one make of that? Maybe...actually I am pretty sure she knows he loves her hair and so she deliberately asks him to blow dry her hair.. and eyes him sensually when he has his eyes closed trying to feel her hair flying across his face..she is taking baby steps but she knows what she's doing and what she wants. I wouldn't be surprised if she moves into his bedroom.. why not? they are a young, extremely handsome couple, legally married, very much attracted to each other..so why not? Physical intimacy is a natural progression from emotional bonding and I am glad she is going with the flow.. enough of FLs hyperventilating at the slightest touch of the MLs and acting all touch-me not.

BUT and this is just my intuition after seeing the latest promo, that maybe they are showing Pallavi so open and expressive because she will be the one to withdraw after Mandhar's death accusation falls on Raghav.

There you go! I feel exactly the same about what she's been doing. Also, with ITV we're so fixated on hearing I love you that often it becomes the benchmark. Why? There are better ways of expressing your true emotions for your life partner and actions speak louder than words.

She's not thinking about soul or spiritual connection here. She's always been attracted to him even after the things he did to trouble her from day one. So yes, she absolutely knows what she's doing, and asking him to blow dry her hair is her inviting him into her personal space, which is only reserved for a spouse/life partner. She is doing so consciously, even though it appears to be in a lighthearted manner in response to his request for help. She's admiring his features full haq se in the pre-cap. So what? That's normal, he's her husband, he's enjoying smelling her hair and being so close to her. She doesn't have to worry about maryada and boundaries anymore. It's interesting to see her do this when she's the one who had set up that pillow wall because it means she's more than ready and open to taking things to the next level slowly.

@bold, yes exactly. It's high time we saw couples being normal as happens in real life. I keep saying, think of it as what happens in an arranged marriage. The couple obviously has to get to know one another but they do share a bedroom and personal space. Intimacy is not just about physical pleasures but also these little things, holding hands, helping each other dress up, etc. Why should she feel embarrassed or have inhibitions? It's her husband, uske saath nahin karegi to kiske saath karegi? Also, she was deprived of this pleasure when she married Mandaar and as a widow she had to suppress all her emotions and needs. Why hold back now when life has given us a second chance with such a wonderful man?

Raghav is focusing on soul connect more than romance at the moment, but when he starts to think along the lines that she does, they will throw in this twist about Mandaar's death.

I am 100% sure they are focusing on her feelings this way because she will have self doubt when the Mandaar track comes up.

@ bold - THIS!!! ❤️ He has no idea how deeply his words and actions affect her.. Bas ek baar bola tha ki mujhe koi apni priority nahi banata, jaake pure pariwar se ladke aa gayi thi unke liye..

Yeah, while Raghav can act at extremes, so can she. In such matters, she's quite an all or nothing person. She grabbed his hand and walked out a couple of times for goodness sake and the way she was shaking the whole time after that confrontation shows how affected she was not just by her feelings for him but by seeing to what extent he was willing to go for her and what it must have cost him to make that decision.

We talk about Raghav wanting to belong but so does she. She's always looked for an anchor and she found it in him. I think as he learns more about her past he will be able to understand how he affects her.
