I agree with what Neil said, I also do a 12-3-20 workout and walk 10,000+ steps a day and that seems to work for me. I try and do some strength training once a week but cardio is more my thing.

I agree....personal choice..... not something I would wear though.

Also, I was just making a general observation because I had a minor in fashion styling and merchandising alongside being pre-med at college. So it really was not aimed at you which is why I mentioned that it was a desi fascination.

Yeah I understand, totally yaar. I love both forms actually. Top jeans.. Kurti jeans.. kurti palazzos..top palazzos..kurti leggins.. salwar suits.. I love trying different looks.. 😊
