Rainy Nights and Romance
Raghav POV
I was mesmerized by her. There was no other word to describe the feelings and desire she brought out within me. I am ready to initiate the next step in our budding relationship but I do not want to scare her off.
The rainy season wasn't helping either. I had returned home early from a long hard day at work and wanted nothing more than to have a nice dinner with my wife. When I couldn't find her in the kitchen I went to our bedroom. No luck, then I heard light laughter coming from our balcony. I was awestruck! There she was, my wife in a light pink chiffon saree playing in the rain. All I could do was stand still and admire the way her saree clung to her soft curves and the drops of water cascading down her face and neck.
It took all my self control to not go up to her, pick her up and take her to bed right then and there. Foolish girl! She really had no idea what she did to me.
Pallavi POV
I was finally in a happy place and I never thought Raghav Rao would be the man to bring a smile to my face. Only, along with happiness he also brought out new feelings I could not describe.
-Flashback-
The other day he was working out on the front lawn and I couldn't help but be drawn to each bulge of muscle. It's almost as if he was hand carved just for me. I felt myself becoming lightheaded and ran away to quench my thirst with some ice cold water.
-Back to present-
My happiness knew no bounds today. My feelings for Raghav and the rain was keeping my spirits high. I hope I can find the courage to tell him how I feel but whenever he is around I just freeze.
Raghav POV
I threw my jacket on the bed and start walking towards her in the rain. Today will be the day, I can no longer control myself. She's distracted and looking away as I come up behind her.
Pallavi POV
I couldn't breathe. I knew his scent miles away, he will be the death of me.
Raghav: Pallavi, aaj mereko tumse kuch kehna hai.
Pallavi turns around and realizes theres very little space left between them: Haan bolo na
Raghav: Close your eyes, i want you to feel what i feel
Pallavi does as he says and closes her eyes
Raghav starts tracing her face with his fingertips and slowly goes down her neck and shoulder to her arms and turns her around with her back to his front. He smirks seeing her blouse only being held up by two pieces of string. He unties the top dori and Pallavi tries to run towards the room but is stopped by Raghav holding her pallu tight and pulling her back into his arms.
Raghav: Tumhara aisa blush karna mereko aur pagal kardega sweetheart
Pallavi: Raghav please..
Raghav: Please kya? Stop or continue? Tumhara choice hai Pallavi, I will never force you. I love you aur mein tumhe apna pyaar dikhana chahta hoon
Pallavi: Then keep going, I love you Raghav Rao, more than I thought I could ever love someone.
Tears of happiness started to form in his eyes. He picks her up bridal style and takes her to their bed where a new chapter of their married life can finally begin.
😳 even i blushed writing this...got inspired watching old episodes and can't wait to see what their romance will look like
