I had thought that to get Nish and Pallavi together, Imlie would get Rupi to help. Maybe to find a reason to get Pallavi to the hospital when Nish is having chemo so she sees him? Rupi and Imlie are not having enough dialogues about Adilie marriage now.

Yeah as per Mayuri's interview, they are supposed to start by next week. Bechare thoda break le rahe hai family ke saath after such a long time, so shayad is liye makers ne bhi break de diya.
