I so loved the fact that a ML did actually take actions to redeem himself and we visibly saw his efforts and Pallavi did too that’s what made him endearing and we couldn’t just hate on him despite the horrific thing he did to Pallu. This apology after all the efforts he put in os like the icing on the cake.
