True, Peshawar is mostly Pashtun these days, but think it had a fair number of Hindko speakers before partition as well. The Kapoors are from Peshawar, as is Vinod Khanna.

Lots of punjabis did live there; someone in my family came from that place & he knew Pashto too.


By the way some Kapoors are non punjabis too. I have a friend who is related to Raveena Tandon’s family too (also related to my family through marriage, they are not punjabis ). They are khatris too, but they from UP. People still assume they are punjabis 😆

She doesn't care for her own grandkids, we can't expect even an iota of humanity from her when it comes to Ishqi.
