Saw the promo. This is a sensitive topic for me-- I absolutely hate it when people and especially women have to crush their self-respect on a regular basis just to fan someone's fragile ego, more so when the person does not even deserve it. People like Ahaan exist in real life, and as heartless as it may sound, they should never fall in love. Even if they do, they should never confess. Even if they do, they should never lead the other person on. Even if they do, they should never make promises they won't be able to keep. I can see Ahaan's torment on his face, but Ishqi will have to experience the torment first-hand, everyday for the rest of her life if Daadi is hell bent on making her suffer. No love is worth that pain. No guy is worth that trauma and torture.

Fix your own family first Ahaan, then make promises to Ishqi about fixing her life. You couldn't last for two seconds before your "love" brought this girl down on her knees in the middle of the road, begging to a woman who doesn't give a f***, for absolutely no fault of her own.

No, I mean I can't really snap. I think I picked that up from my Mum. Parents had a love marriage and Dad's Mother never liked my Mum. Like legit as bad as TV drama. Despite everything, never once Mum said a word in disrespect. Sure, Mum wasn't too fond of her for obvious reasons and she might not even talk to her much but Mum did everything for them in their need which their favorite sons ans Bahus didn't.

In the last days of my Grandmother, she had lost her mental balance. My Mum was diagnosed by an incurable disease by then so it wasn't possible for us to do much because we stayed in different cities.

My grandmother really suffered in her last days but what was surprising for us was in her last time - she constantly remembered my Mum, and said it to everyone that it was only her who actually did everything for her and had Mum been well, her condition wouldn't have been that bad.

Which is why what Ishqi is doing isn't unrealistic for me. Not a bit. But I cannot not feel bad for her.

I still think it is more torture for Ahaan than Ishqi. Ishqi did not have to beg dadi, it was her choice but for Ahaan it is very different. He doesn’t have escape form dadi. The way she threaten himof suicide, the way she tells him that he will become orphan again if he does this or that, the way she constantly abuse his mother in front of him is nothing but mental toruture. Dadi is very evil and she hurt this guy everyday with her words.

He said dadi until now he did everything she has been saying but in case of ishqi he has to listen to himself. That’s the only one thing he wants for himself as he feels liberated with her. The sense of liberation which he never felt for these years in malhotra house.
